I was very impressed withBrian, the ZeroRez technician who cleaned my carpet this week. He worked hard and my carpet looks great. It dried quickly too. I’m a long time customer of ZeroRez.

My carpets are looking so refreshed! The technician was very professional and kind. He was up front about what services were needed for my carpets and what results would be realistic (3 kids and 2 dogs on our carpets is no joke…). He was time efficient and just really went the extra mile. Thank you!!

Communication!

Left a terrible smell in the house after 1st clean...Rescheduled to fix it, the tech again failed to resolve the issue. Paid $800 for my house to smell worse than ever. Will be calling for a refund to pay for an "actual company" to fix Zerorezs' mistake.

When asked price for the treatment the tech just told me not much but then proceeded to charge me over $500!!! I asked 3 times and he assured me it wouldn't be a lot. Freaking ridiculous. Will never use you again

I have used Zerorez many times for my home carpet. I have been pleased each time. However, I have a round dining table , no leaf! The carpet cleaner person did not move the table as in past cleanings & clean under it. It is not heavy. I moved it myself. Also, in past years, the carpet cleaner person would always rake the carpet after cleaning.
I think a little customer service is lacking.

I sent an email but haven’t heard back. Here’s what it said:

Hi there,

I wanted to reach out and let you know that we are not satisfied with the work that was done in our home. We were told by the technician that only one stain was permanent. After the carpet has fully dried, it is evident that all carpet stains in three of the four rooms are still present. We also have two bleached spots that weren’t there prior to the cleaning.

Please let us know how we can take care of this — we feel we spent a lot of money and unfortunately cannot see the benefits. We have heard such great things about Zerorez which is why we booked you, but haven’t had the best experience.

Jessie was on time and did a great job. this is the second time I have used Zerorez at my home and I had them come out to Irving to do my older son's carpet in his apartment before moving out. II highly recommend this business and will continue to use them.
