I was informed that the cleaner wouldn't move anything above 50lbs, but didn't know that meant nothing was going to be moved at all. We removed as much stuff from the floor as possible, but some areas were still missed like under the desk area, the closets, and a little area by the hallway. I was also disappointed that some easy stains didn't come out and the edges of my floors were left uncleaned. Lastly, my downstairs hardwood floor was left dirty after leaving my house.
Our technician did a great job! Was quick and showed up as expected. We really appreciate having clean carpets before moving into our new home!
I only use Zerorez to clean our carpets. The technician that recently cleaned our carpets was very professional and did a great job.

I liked the service tech. He was very friendly and told me what he was going to do and how it would turn out and it was just as he said. He was able to get stains out that I didn't think would come out. I think the price was reasonable and he did a great job.
