The sneaky promotion $99 and then get there telling me it’s another $240 bc steaming the floors will make the cat pee smell horrible. I booked the for my clients selling their home and you made me look bad.

I scheduled specifically to spit treat multiple areas with pet stains. I really do not think the technician knew how to properly tackle these issues. The major problem area he used 3 gallons of liquid charged me for 2.5, and the odor got worse after he treated. I thought zero rez used hot water ti clean... The carpet did not feel warm at all after cleaning. Basically I spent $350 to have 5 month old carpet cleaned, and the odor got worse as a result of the cleaning. I truly wonder hoe diluted your $75 p/gal stuff is. It appeared to be just water. Very frustrating. I've used your company for years and this was by far most disappointing experience I've had. Tech was nice, but he really did not know what he was doing . I'm sure he can handke standard cleanings well; But mine needed a little bit more chemistry. ugh!!!
Diamond came back and hit our bedroom rug and it looks brand new.

The technician's professionalism and efficiency. The technician took the time to explain the plan and process for accomplishing the job. Also most noteworthy: the technician, William Earley, a residential service provider, was tasked with doing our commercial location alone--and quite unexpectedly on both his part and ours. Nevertheless, we commend him for the EXCELLENT service provided!

I really enjoyed my technician. I had a trouble spot and paid $60 for it to be flashed. Chemicals cost an extra amount on top of that so I did not pursue. I went to the spot with a rag and dawn and was able to pull up a lot more dirt. I watched him clean and it would have been nice if he went over the carpet more than just one swipe. Good technology though
