I'm just confused your internet price and service says one thing but when you call in its another. Your honored the internet price but in my case the tile was to be cleaned and sealed. The invoice said cleaned and sealed but it was only cleaned. When i called in i was told oh that price was only cleaned not sealed price. Well why does your web site say both for that price and my invoice say both were completed? The service tech was amazing and the best yet. Y'all need to get on the same page between your phone people and your internet people. I will post a google, yelp and Facebook review and good thing I kept screenshots of everything. Thank you.

How clean my carpets are.

I let David into the house, paid him and left. Carpets look the same as they did before the treatment. Absolutely no sign of moisture in carpet when I returned after he was finished. I cannot say he definitively did not clean the carpets, but I can say he did less than satisfactory job. I have used y'all in the past and had great results. I hope you are willing to come back and do it right. I will be with your technician from start to finish when y'all return. Very disappointing!
