We are super satisfied with our carpet results. The tech we had was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will and have continually recommended this service to our family and friends. Our carpet feels & looks brand new.

Tech was very helpful and responsive. He did a good job explaining what he would be doing and the results support his claims.
Everyone was professional and very attentive. Jonathan Brown took his time and worked on various spots in our carpet. He did walk-throughs with me before and after cleaning and made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. He also took his time to talk with me during the walk-throughs to see if I had any concerns. My husband and I are well pleased. I've already shared this experience with our friends and family. Thanks for an awesome carpet cleaning experience. We will definitely call for future services.

We really enjoyed working with Mario Castillo, our technician. He was professionally and explained the tile cleaning process and the amount of time it would take to complete the work request. We also like that your services include non-toxic cleaning solutions.
Every time we use zerorez there is a red residue that appears in symmetrical lines. They usually have to return a second time and redo those areas. We sent proof with photos. This time they refused and blamed it on pets which we haven't had for 3 years. Very disappointed and will share this on social media if not resolved. Its a shame we will have to switch companies going forward as we like to support local businesses.

You can tell that the residue has really been removed from the carpets and they are very clean! The whole room feels clean. All of the technicians who have cleaned our home have been very gracious and professional. This means a lot!
I had a very late clean. 4:00, it took til the next night before my carpets were dry. They were very wet. The wettest zerorez has very got them. The attendant was nice. I have used your company since the 90s and have always been very pleased. Not so much this time. I will keep using your company because I like the filter method your company provides.

Burt did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets.There was a pretreatment then the steam clean. I did have many stains that are now gone. This is my second time using Zerorez. I am very happy with this company.
My carpets were cleaned yesterday morning. He left around 1:30. My carpets are not dry! He said it would take 6-8 hours. It’s been almost 36.
Plus $60 to clean a small area rug is too much.
