We are pleasantly surprised by the fresh scent after the cleaning. The rep David was on time and professional in his service. The carpets are very clean with a revived carpet padding. We certainly recommend your service to others.
I like how the process works not chemicals, etc. We have used your service several times and each technical goes over in detail what he is going to do and makes sure we are pleased with the results.
Every time I have Zerorez come out they do not disappoint! Team is fast, efficient and courteous. They are incredibly respectful of the property and take extra steps to ensure they don't accidently bump, scratch, or damage anything in the home. Cleaning results on the carpet are top notch and typically looks better than I even thought it could! Zerorez is my go-to for carpet cleaning and I wouldn't even consider anyone else!

Ended up with 2 stains in my bedroom that were nit previous three. Think its from dirty water in addition to simple kool-aid stains still are visible. Overalk looks like this company vacuumed my home with reused water only.
