Disappointed in communication process. When invoice received via text, there were multiple phone messages/interruptions while trying to complete the payment on my phone.. at my office! That was immediately followed by survey when I had not been home to see result...since I was told to allow carpet to dry for 4-6 hours.
Additionallt, special offer was to include Ranger tickets. When two follow emails got no response regarding tickets, I called to discover there were Ranger tickets were no longer available...which should have been communicated at time of service with reasonable alternative. Sorry, very disappointed with communicatiin disconnect!
The employee who cleaned our tile and carpet was efficient, professional and went above and beyond his duty. He helped move some heavy furniture that was not with in his job description duties. I greatly appreciated this extra effort.
The techs are always so nice and the cleaning power is beyond compare!
