I would like a refund for the “protective” coating the technician convinced me to purchase for $80. After cleaning (very satisfied with the cleaning), he brought in a spray bottle of filled with “white stuff” and squirted the carpet a few times. NO WAY his application process reached more than half of the carpet. I should have said something, but I was so shocked. Then, during payment, you offer the opportunity to “tip” the technician. I’ve never been asked to tip a carpet cleaner before. Needless to say, I did not tip him! I was very pleased with the cleaning, but NOT with the application of the protective coating.

Not being up sell each visit. The special was 4bd for $99 with free Rangers tickets. I added an additional hallway for $30. But only needed 3 rooms done and he only did 3 rooms. However he requested an additional $30 for area rug. So in the deal your tech did 3 rooms not 4. Added the rug and I am still waiting to hear about my Rangers tickets.

My initial appointment was scheduled for a Saturday morning. I spent 3 hours having some movers get my everything moved out of the way so I could be ready. On Saturday morning I received a call saying I would have to reschedule the appointment due to an equipment malfunction. I spent the next 2 days living in a house that was in complete disarray with no place to sit. For my all the trouble and inconvenience, I was offered (after I had to ask for) a 10% discount. Hardly a compensation for the inconvenience. Would be better to have a room charge taken off.
When the technician finally came, although very professional and polite, he spent about 45 minutes cleaning 2 very large rooms, 2 small bedrooms, and a hallway. I couldn't really tell the living room or hallway had been cleaned at all (but the carpet now feels crunchy under foot) and the master bedroom carpet has visibly noticeable streaks.
I think it's probably a better investment to buy my own steam cleaner unit and take the time to get it clean.
Our Zero-rez technician deep cleaned our carpets and was able to get the stains out. Great job!
Fast & carpet dries quickly. No bad smell while drying either.
I was amazed at what they got outbid our carpet without the harsh chemicals and harsh smells!! My son had rolled his chair all over the white /cream carpet ((not not our choice 🤣🤣) and they were able to get most of the black marks out. I honestly was shocked! Super friendly fast efficient and FOUR RANGERS TICKETS!! great price too. I had a 15 year old carpet cleaner (donated) that I tried to do with and got so frustrated- I'm so glad I found zero Rez the technician was incredible and friendly and professional

It’s awful to listen to the noice while waiting on the phone. And waiting you have to do….20 minutes it can be.

I’ve emailed w/pictures of the bubbles & streaks the “Sealer” left on my tile floor - after 8hrs, $3k & a 2hr re-clean the floors look awful!!!

Dexter was fabulous. He was very professional, answered questions and made sure we knew what he was doing every step of the way! The carpet looks great and he was able to get a few stains out as well. We will definitely be using ZeroRez again!

Always kind techs with unlimited carpet cleaning advice and the guys are always super nice and very professional and they always clean up after themselves.
