Easy to book, over communicates which I very much appreciate, technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Have used them twice and can’t imagine using anyone else in the future!

The young man that cleaned my carpets did a very good job of cleaning and he was polite and informative.
However, when it comes to the cost, you need to read the small print because it might be a lot more than $99.00 they say. The total cost is determined by the square footage that you want cleaned. For ours the cost doubled.

The carpets and our stairs turned out great! We are just waiting to hear from someone at Zerorez about the chip in our bottom wooden step.

I'm very pleased with both the AC duct cleaning and the carpet cleaning. Both Techs were friendly and efficient and did an excellent job.

Exemplary work by the technician! Thorough,pleasant,highly skilled and efficient. Reasonable cost and the coupon was a great incentive.
Scheduling was the only issue. I attempted initially to be on stand by and , despite many texts, phone calls and messages, it failed. I had to reschedule a week later. I definitely prefer a specific appointment.

Prices seemed quite high. I'm very pleased with the service and my technician was great. But for two hours worth of work, the price seems rather unreasonable; especially given that I received a 50% discount. I honestly can't imagine paying full price for the service!

Zerorez is easy to schedule. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and simply helpful! My carpet looks beautiful when they finish. I have used Zerorez forr years and I hope never to use any other caarpet cleaning service!!!

Deeper cleaning in areas with stains. When the carpet dried up and I saw previous stains I went over those areas with my steamer and pulled up a lot of dirt snd grit

Carpet still has Brown streaks. One office totally missed.

Service itself was great, Jesse was very professional and efficient, however scheduling was difficult. Before this appointment I had to cancel previous appointment due to no-show.

I have my carpets cleaned annually, and this was my first time to use Zerorez. I struggle with elderly dogs that I love dearly, and they are becoming a challenge on one of my carpeted areas. Zerorez did both a topical and flush treatment and really pushed out the soiled problem in our master bedroom. They were honorable with their guarantee and came back a week later to retreat one frustrating area. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend this company and plan to use them on a regular basis.

Professional, courteous, prompt and reasonable.

Usually you have very professional people. This person started to argue with me when I showed him areas on the tile that were not cleaned. I started to call you and then he recleaned the floor. I don't want anyone to get fired. He just may need customer service training.

Flooring edge were not cleaned on the carpet. It was not cleaned maybe because of the tools that may require cleaning the corners.

The technician was very friendly and a hard worker. He did a great job on the floors. I will definitely use Zereoz again.

The guy who came here yesterday was very attentive about 2 year old blood stains and more recent blood stains - also about products I had used on the stains - Resolve and Shout carpet cleaners, stain removal spray, He did a great job in getting up stains, both upstairs bedroom and downstairs 3 rooms..
