Service was great technician was great. He removed a what looked like a vomit stain but said the high traffic area in the master wouldn't come clean as it was just cheap carpet. That was disappointing.

Raphael did a super job of cleaning our carpets. He was friendly and service oriented. I would definitely ask for him again by name.

It took us three tries to get the work done in the morning like we requested. Two times we did not even get a call the day before letting is know what time to expect the tech (that process is annoying even when it does work)
I guess 4 to 6 could be morning but I doubt it.

Everything was great
My sofa looks worse than before they cleaned. You can clearly see streaks from the equipment. Zerorez basically told me “too bad.” My $8000 sofa looks terrible. I will definitely tell people to NOT use Zerorez. As a return customer, I expected better results and better customer service.
Alberto was our tech this time and he did a great job. He was very customer friendly and courteous. I appreciate that!

It seem like the technician rushed a little bit because the stains returned within a day or two. And there’s several spots where I guess he set the vacuum down and it left a big stain.

Window late for implementing
I thought he did a great job. I wish he would have ask if I wanted all the kitchen tile cleaned. I didn’t realize he was only cleaning 100 square feet.
