Good product—professional service
Tech was supposed to be here between 11am to whatever. They contacted me at 8:59 am said the tech could be here in 15 mins if I wanted. BOOM tech was here promptly at 9:15am and was extremely respectful, timely, and very informative. I would defiantly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much.

William did an excellent job and we are very happy with the way our floor looks. Unfortunately $400 is more than we can afford or we'd do it more regularly.

My technician did a great job cleaning my carpet. He was very conscientious of problem areas and was courteous. He is welcome to come back. This was my second time to use Zero and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Loved how clean the agent was able to get my carpets. Even manually worked out some of the stains beforehand so that he could get a better result. Quality care here and appreciate the services that were provided. Also, perfect price!
Our technician, Buddy was very attentive to the stains on the carpet and was able to remove them. I really appreciated the extra effort. The cleaning was very thorough, even opening up the doors in the hallway and bedroom to complete the process. Best cleaning service I have hired.

Our tech was knowledgable, courteous and did an amazing job on our carpets. He was respectful of our property (inside and out) and was efficient in his tasks. He educated me on things I needed to know about the cleaning process etc. He was also punctual and polite.
Alberto did a great job! He went above and beyond what we asked. He spot cleaned our floors but also picked up all the stuff off our floors (in the middle of moving) and cleaned/vacuumed our floors. Thanks so much!

Fast and efficient
I have always been so please with ZEROREZ, but this time they left my carpets too wet, it took 2 and half days for them to dry. That was a major inconvenience since we had company coming in . Name removed

Great service and they completely removed the 2 very stubborn stains. Tech was super knowledgeable about the how and why it works and they left everything clean and orderly.
That there is no chemical smell.
An area cleaned, stripped and waxed looks like the wax was applied over dirty areas. It's clearly not in the tile, as in damaged tile. I have spoken with your rep., Mitsi, providing pics asking for consideration, and determination for this area to be stripped, and wax reapplied.
