I was about to replace my carpet, due to a large, stubborn stain. Zerorez saved the day when they came in and got the stain out! Their tech was very patient, kind, professional, and well trained.
I have not been able to get a bill that I can print. I was sent a bill to my cell phone in a text, but I need a bill with an email. My CPA uses this for tax purposes. Part of our home is a home office and this is related to my tax filing. I called and someone from Zero Rez said they sent me an email, but I did not get one with a bill for the work done this week.
The carpet was well cleaned and I have no complaints about that. Worker was pleasant and efficient.
Can you email me a bill? Obviously your company HAS my email.

The smell at spots treated were made worse after treatment. When I called to give you all a chance to make it right. I was told that I signed a waiver and did not follow the techs recommendations. This is 100% not true. We did everything that he recommended. It’s clear what is important to this company and I would never allow you all in my home again
Not sure my carpets were even cleaned. Nice guy that came out but it went so fast and didn’t notice a difference.

Bert, the technician, who cleaned the carpet was very professional and he did an excellent job. The carpet looks great. I have had Zerorez before, but Bert did the best job of all.
My upholstery stains didn’t change at all. While he was working on them, it looked like it worked, but there was no change at all

On time, explained well, didn't try to "hard sell" us on a bunch of things we don't need (we've been through that before), concerned about cats getting out, and the job was excellent.
Technicians, were thorough, timely and professional, did a fantastic job!
The techs were great. Very expensive to have done very often. Plus there are two big spots that has already reappeared. very disappointed.

My bedroom floor is still wet right at the entry. We are having to mop it up so I don’t slip on the hard floor as we exit the bedroom.

My name is First name removed. I had my living room, daughters room and master bedroom shampooed. I paid extra for the odor remover for my daughters room. I don’t think I’ve ever wrote a review for anybody, but I have to write one for this. The service looked good, but the order was still there bad. I called to make sure we got what we asked for and they said we did the lady I spoke to said she was going to speak to management and get back with me but never did. We paid over $200 for service and it smelt the same after if not worse the carpet in my daughters room was dingy and sticky feeling after the cleaning very unsatisfied I do not recommend them at all.
Always leaves the house feeling fresh and clean. Service representatives are always professional and courteous.
I liked the service and feel really good about how clean the system is now. And the techs were very friendly and communicated well everything they did. However, the system was turned off and had to have someone back out the next morning after realizing late at night that the AC had not come back on. They second tech came very quickly and got it all back up and running.
The service was prompt, the employee that cleaned our carpets was very professional and he did a good job. Very pleased.
The Zerorez representative was courteous and informative. He did a great job and my carpets look great. I will definitely use Zerorex again in the future.

Remove the tip section from the computer screen when paying for the service. If I am giving the service technician a tip I want to give it in person. Reason I know it goes to him or her who provided the service.
