Efficient, impressive service!

Having you clean my porcelain tile floors was a huge mistake - a complete waste of money. You left me with a dirty film on the tiles. The film wasn't apparant until the tiles dried. I wasn't expecting you to buff the file floors, but I was expecting them to look CLEAN. They don't look clean. They show every footstep. They actually look worse than before you arrived. The technician seemed fo focus on grout, which I didn't care about.

Next week my housekeeper will clean the porcelein tiles. I'll ask her to focus on removing the film you left behind.

You did a much better job with the carpets. My complaints with carpet are due to my putting too much trust in your technician, who claimed to be a "perfectionist." Totally my fault for declining his invitation to walk on the wet carpet to inspect everything. Later I found a couple small areas of carpet that he had missed. But, that's my fault, not his.

Fabian was very conscientious and polite. He was on time. Worked very hard to get the stains removed.

The stains in my master bedroom are still present. I treated them after the technician left and was able to make them look better. Don't know if the technician just got tired or was late to another appointment but could barley tell the carpet was cleaned. the other two bedrooms look great. He was also 4 hours early. Thank goodness I was home.
