I appreciate sending the technician back out but there should not have been that need. The spots missed were very apparent and the need for spot treatment in advance should have been recognized. Very professional they worked very hard and looks amazing!! The carpet is soft and does not feel like it normally does after you get a carpet clean . I absolutely recommend.

Excellent customer service

I like the fact that there is no residue left on what was cleaned….only water and steam is used.. there are no chemical smells. It works really well.

Service is good. What I don’t like is the “opportunity” to provide a tip to the technician. It makes the billing/payment process awkward, and if people desire to give a tip it can easily be done without having a screen choice to tip or deny.

I like the idea of having no chemical smell after the cleaning. I like fresh! You guys have a polite staff and easy to talk to. No worries just satisfaction. I also like how you back up your work. If something isn't right you take care of it with no problems.

Very professional workers and taking stains out and cleaning carpet is top of the line. I know there will be no residue left in my carpets when they are finished. I have used them over and over again for 20+ years.

Not walk in my home and exaggerate that it smells like urine. Not a good selling point to try to get us to upgrade our service. I am not oblivious that our carpets needed cleaned but my home in no way smellls like the worker indicated it was so played and over the top t was really annoying. We also didn’t realize a tip was expected and was called out on it.

It was quick and really removed the smell of curry out of a second hand sofa. Well worth the service.

Zerorez technicians are always friendly and helpful. The two men who came today were especially so. At the last minute I chose to have a chair and sofa shampooed as well as the originally scheduled carpet. So glad I did because I don't often think of cleaning those items, and what a difference now to know they are sparkling clean. Thanks Zerorez!

I’ve been using Zerorez twice a year for the past 3 years and the carpet is great…. When we purchased the home we thought we would change the carpet…. It actually looks like new, now.
