Great customer service and great products!
I’ve been a long term customer over the years. I’ve referred you to family members and friends in the past. This time was different. Was it because I changed my service? Was it because it was a weekend? I’m not really sure. But I didn’t get a call 30 mins before arrival like in the past. We count on that call. We also asked to have protectant added to the game room upstairs and they tried to sell me a $90 whole home sku as opposed to the a la carte sku. I’m glad I caught it and convinced them to adjust it. We also had a hard time drying the carpet. As we have a former carpet cleaner in the house we know that this is a result of a rushed job. This just isn’t the typical ZeroRez experience we’ve had in the past. We will come back again next year with hopes that you’ll get whatever kinks have developed to iron back out again. Thank you for accepting this feedback.

I have always been pleased with the service provided by Zerorez. Only once have I had to call them after a cleaning and they did not hesitate to offer to come back and took care of the problem within a couple days. The office staff is polite and friendly, as are the technicians who come to do the work. I’ve used their services for several years and will continue to do so!!

My wife and I are not completely satisfied with the results of the carpet and tile cleaning we requested. When we voiced our concerns to the technician, my wife and I felt that the technician was somewhat reluctant to address our concerns for cleaner results. Moreover, the technician was a bit apprehensive to perform a black light scan after the flash treatments were completed so it wasn't done. Although the technicians were courteous, we feel that the work itself was not thorough compared to all of the previous occasions that we have used Zerorez. If we had been informed before the work was started that the tile was not going to "appear" clean after the work was completed, we would have reconsidered getting the work done to begin with. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience altogether.
Provide brief written instructions on how long to let dry, stay off carpet, if stain treatment, why its still wet and when to expect treatment to dry, any other instructions for post visit spot treatment. My tech said to only spot clean with water and vinegar. This would be very helpful.
Have one stair landing that has new stains on it. unfortunately it’s in our most visited room.
I have used Zerorez in my own home many times and have been happy with the work. This time the service was in a rental property and unfortunately I couldn’t be there. My husband was at the property. He said the technician said he couldn’t get the spots out and there were quite a few. It was 2 young boys bedrooms The master bedroom was fine. The closets were not done and they were empty.
I called back and the man who answered the phone was not interested in my complaint. He just quoted what the technician had written and said because we got the special $99 dollar service the closets wouldn’t be included. I will need my carpets cleaned in the next few months and will have to consider what company I’ll use.

Your technician asked if I would like to tip him. I said yes but I would prefer to give him the money instead of adding it to my bill. So I gave him $25 in cash. So when he put my bill in his phone for me to sign I didn’t notice he had added a $20 tip. I am furious. That gives him $45. I have used your company for a long time and have never been asked for a tip. I assume this is new. And that’s fine. Just don’t cheat me.

I have a 15yr old wheat colored rug and Zerorez has been the carpet shampooed. Still looks good
