I would highly recommend Zerorez for duct and dryer cleaning! We selected the gold package and the pricing is on the higher side, but I guess you get what you pay for. We almost went with a different company who came out the week before, but the equipment seemed sparse. Glad we decided to go with Zerorez. Our technician Ricardo G was great! He was prompt, professional, he communicated with us throughout the process, and the duct cleaning seemed very thorough. He even made sure to clean up after the work and made an effort reach an out of the way vent that was located in a difficult to reach spot. Thank you Ricardo and Zerorez!

The technician did a fantastic job! He actually took pride in his work! I have had carpet companies in the past and was disappointed and poor job. The tech’s never took pride in there work.

You m he messed up my appointment time and the cleaner said that my 17 x 3 1/2‘ long hall with 100 ft.² and it isn’t but he was very nice about doing a whole hundred square feet. The rugs look great afterwards and the guy was very polite.

The technician was on time, walked through the house and listened attentively to my requests, and did an excellent job.

I like the quality of the employees that come to my home how polite they are and the fact they don’t try to upsell me things I don’t need. Sometimes I spend a lot of money sometimes I just need the special and they understand.
I also like the fact that there’s no residue on my carpet.
