First I had to reschedule approximately 2 times because the company switched my appointment to a later time then I had agreed to. Secondly, my carpets looked the same when the tech was finished. I am very disappointed. Also, on the radio they said you would be able to see the gunk in the carpet due to a tank that they have, but I was not able to see that. My tech was nice, but he said "he couldn't give me any free service like they usually do because he had another home to go to". First of all, I didn't ask for any free service, so he shouldn't have mentioned it, and I felt very unimportant to your company. I think he rushed the job, I had spots that should have come out that didn't, and your reps on the radio said you all get out paint and any stains. Not true. This is my second time using a carpet cleaning company, and my last.
Zerorez always does a fantastic job! I have several pets and when they leave, they leave it smelling fresh. Jesse was great!
We especially liked the man who came to clean the carpet. I've forgotten his name, but hopefully you'll be able to look it up. He was very polite, friendly & really seemed to work hard at the job. He listened to the areas we were concerned about & I think he tried hard to work on them. We were very pleased with the results given the age of the carpet & it's stains. The floor came out pretty good also. The whole thing exceeded our low expectations. Please give this man a raise. He works hard in all aspects of the job!
Very good cleaning of tile and carpet. Our tech was so protective of walls and furnishings. Paul was the best!!!
Please let your staff know not to dump their water on plants.I had lovely shrubs that are now blackened. They were beautiful when your van arrived and dead the next morning.
I am sure it was an accident, but if they had been washed off they might not have been harmed.

The tech was very friendly and professional but my capret still smells im not sure what to do but I'm satisfied with the professionalism of the tech but the everything else I'm not
No crunchy carpets, no soaking wet carpets, knowledgable and courteous staff
Always professional!! We contacted Zerorez on a very short notice as our exit inspection for our rental property required that we have the carpets steam cleaned and we had a two day window to get this done. The agent was SO understanding and worked to make this happen for us!! THANK YOU!!!
The reservice was performed with the highest standards and, as a result, my wife and I are very satisfied with the clean results of our tile.

Carpet and tile cleaning.
I had an appointment at from 1-3 p.m. April 11. Got a call that the tech was delayed to 3 or 3:30. Another call tech was delayed till 5-5:30. Another call canceling the service because "truck was broken down." Had to reschedule and tech was supposed to arrive by 8:15. Showed up at 9 and I had to leave so had a neighbor stay.
I have always had good service from Zerorez so this was very surprising.
Always on time. But the best part is they always, always clean my carpets to perfection! And the technicians are a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

Cesar was very good at removing stains and I would use him again.
Carpets came out better than they were but not really “clean” like I was expecting. I’ve used other “conventional” cleaning services in the past with better results. I guess I was expecting more from zerorez, and was a little underwhelmed with the end result.

Rapheal was my technician. If every business had an employee like this, our economy would be thriving and he exudes professionalism, knowledge and overall satisfaction for the client. Although my dryer was connected prior to leaving, and oversight, a technician came by the next day and rapidly hooked it up. Overall a great experience.
