Technician was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. My carpet looks clean--all spots are gone. The customer service person was also friendly and knowledgeable. I received a quote and an appointment time that worked with my schedule. A friend referred me to Zerorez. I will definitely refer others and use them again for my carpet cleaning needs.

Clean product and polite people
The tech was very friendly and nice however when I made my appointment so many things were not told to me like a stain is 75 extra....how long it would take to dry, its been over 48 hours and i still have some dampness in areas. It should be made known up front how long it can take to dry....definately not 6 to 8 hrs. I had fans running, a/c on 70 until it got colder out and the a/c shut off,

Everything was great with one exception. I was text a time from 8-10. I called at 930 and was told it changed from 1-3. Caused issues with my planning-not terrible but I did plan around the text that said it would be 8-10am!
The most friendly service I’ve ever received. The communication was perfect. My tech was very professional and did a wonderful job. There is just no cleaning like a Zerorez cleaning!

From the moment our agent showed up at the door, until he pulled of the drive-way, I knew my carpets and tiles were in good hands. He was courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable about my exact carpets, sharing information no other carpet specialist has in the last 18 years. ZeroRez is definitely our cleaner of choice.

The stain in the bedroom was shown to be removed, after the carpet dried, it was evident that the stain was still there. Also the push to purchase other products didn't mode well.

We have always had great service in the past. They guys this time we’re not friendly or accommodating. We had to move most of the furniture ourselves and had issues getting them out to the house. They canceled the day before last minute after we came home from work early. Then we rescheduled for the next day after 4 and they showed up at 3:25. Not a great experience. Carpets did not come out as clean as usual. They were extremely fast. Normally we leave a tip, but this is the first time we did not
Every time i have had a tech out to my home they are always professional and informative. I appreciate their willingness to do the best job they can on the carpets
