We were left with a stain at the bottom of our staircase where the tech sat his hose down. It saturated the carpet with the dirty water. It wasn’t noticed until the tech left. We put a bunch of towels on it over night and stepped on it to soak the water up. Our white towel soaked up brown water. When we sent pictures and reached out to the company to ask them to come clean that one spot, we were told there wasn’t proof it was the fault of the company or tech. That the cleaning “pulled out an old stain”. Nearly $400 for my carpet to look just like it did before (because apparently all the stains were too hard to get out) and a new stain that I’m going to try to get out on my own with my home carpet steamer and some Resolve. Waste of time and money. Only reason I didn’t give a zero was because we’ve used your company before and had no issues. Not sure what happened this time.

The technician was very good. Rodrigo was very thorough and efficient. He cleaned up after himself. Showed me pics of the before and after dryer vent cleaning.

I love that my technician was a true professional. The system that they used to clean my carpets was fantastic and it dried very quickly. They don’t use soaps and detergents when they clean so my carpet stays cleaner longer because there’s not any residue left to attract more soil. From the booking to the actual service is fantastic!
Everything, they always anwer my text they are always on time the floor is never soak and wet when I get home, I just love everything about them.
We have damage to the bathroom door that will require it to be sanded and repainted. We emailed customer service and attached photos and have gotten no response. Yes, the carpet is clean, but a "we're so sorry" would have gone a long way. We've used Zerorez twice in the past but will not be using them again.

Making appointment was easy and they came at the time they said they would. I didnt take as long as I thought it would. The carpets look nice.

I would like for the next tech to walk me through the area and point out any issues before starting the cleaning like the young gentleman did before today's appointment. The lady who came was polite but didn't discuss any areas of issue until the cleaning process was over. I was able to treat the area myself to get it finally cleaned.
The technician arrived on time, was super polite, very helpful on our options and did an excellent job. He was also timely...would use again without hesitation.
Carpets are always well cleaned and feel fresh and soft instead of slick from too many chemicals.

The rug was cleaned on Wednesday and when I was kneeling on it on Saturday my knees were wet. I know that the weather was raining on Wednesday but for it to be wet enough to leave wet spots on my pants tells me that it was not done properly.
