My technician was awesome, a 10 here.
I do still have a pet odor in one room. Although much better than it was. And I wonder if one of the urine stains from the dog just rises up after the clean. No dogs are allowed now in the carpeted areas, we keep the doors shut.

I would expect the agent to spend some more time instead of rushing to finish up the job. He hardly spent 5 minutes to clean the stairs and that is the most expensive bill out of all as they are charged as 2 rooms.
We've had 2 different gentlemen come into our house and both have been perfect

I like the product- clean and effective. No artificial scents or soaps. Nothing new to you, I’m sure , but Believe me after switching to Zerorez from other supposed carpet cleaning businesses, I’m overjoyed! The product not only cleans the carpet from normal wear and tear but the stains come out and don’t come back like after other lesser carpet companies. The technician, Javier, was friendly and professional. The cleaning was done quickly and my rugs and tile look great!
I asked for a estimate to get my tile clean and he walked through measured everything told me the price and he said he would put the estimate on my invoice and nothing is on my invoice. the treatment he used on my carpet didn't work so my carpets still dont look clean. He did removed the added charge so that was good but just didn't like the results.

My very clean carpet
Got us on the schedule fast & got the grease out of our carpet. Thank goodness cause we’re in a rental house. Only thing negative was the estimate I was quoted was low by about $80.00.
