Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets and tile. The tile grout is white and clean again. It makes me feel so happy to see clean floors! The nice man who did the job worked hard to do his job and he was very professional about his work. Thank you Zeroez for making my home sparkle!

Buddy, out technician, was very friendly and professional. He helped us move things and took great care to not damage anything. While we had a few issues with the high traffic areas, ZEROREZ was great to take care of it.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The pricing I was quoted was WAY off. I am not disputing the chemicals needed to clean up the carpet for my older dog who is now having potty issues...but one couch (seat cushions only), one small carpet area and a room rug was over $1,100. Especially since I sent multiple pictures to verify the cost quote.

Maybe return a phone call like you have promised to do for days!! Your customer service is terrible. I will NEVER recommend you to anyone ever again because you never follow through with your promises!! Your company is not trustworthy!!!!!
