However, you are getting expensive!! $200 for a staircase and two small bedrooms!! May cut back on cleanings or search for cheaper options.

My carpet looks so clean and any stains just disappear! Also, drying time is not too long.

I'm still smelling pet odors in various areas, so I'm not sure if spots were missed, or, my pets have been busy taking revenge on me for cleaning the carpets.

Regardless, Dexter was a representative to work with. He was patient and accomodating.

He did leave a corner protector here, so if you have a tech in the area, please don't hesitate to send them over, or, let me know to dispose of it.

when i had a issue concerning stains that appeared after service, instead of just sending someone out to resolve the issue, i got two or three lectures from Mitzi about what may or may not be Zerorez’ responsibility. I am a long time customer & this was the first time i had an issue ever…. i did not like or appreciate zerorez assuming that if something was wrong it was my fault & lecturing me. It’s called a “”service” business for a reason . I like zerorez so trying to overlook this and just move on, but if it happens again i will absolutely consider changing providers. i like a win-win not a blame game.

He didn’t try to sell me other stuff.

The technician was very good and did his job but the cleaning technique was not as good as my previous company.

It’s a consistent service every time. Technician is always friendly, helpful and works quickly. The scheduling and rescheduling lately has been unusual but I can overlook that because the service is so well performed and all companies have times where there are challenges with resources or equipment.

You come when scheduled, and you have a good product. We have used Zerorez before.

Thank you for making our carpets sparkle again! During the pandemic period, we have not kept up with our maintenance routine and had areas that were worn and soiled. Scheduling online was super easy. The technician looked at the areas of carpet first, then explained the process thoroughly and made recommendations for areas of concern. We had 5 rooms cleaned, stairs, hallways and the process took about 1.5 hours. Our carpets looks great and cleanliness is in the air. We will continue to use this company Thanks Zerorez.
