Great customer service and diligence in doing the job.
The quote that was made over the phone was exactly what the invoice showed. The service person arrived one minute before the scheduled time. The service person explained what needed to be done and did exactly what he said he would do. He told me how long it would take for the carpets to dry. He was correct. CJ was very professional and courteous. This experience was exceptional. We will definitely use Zerorez again and I will ask for C.J.

Our church had a minor flood on Christmas Eve. We shop vacuumed all we could but in the end still had water in our carpet and a smell. desparate, we called Zerorez, who we have used for our large jobs in our Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall. Zerorez sent their sales rep out to us. After surveying our situation, he called a service tech in the area who agreed to come to our facility to help.
In only a few hours the tech arrived, worked the problem and completed the assignment, leaving our carpet clean, sanitized and smelling so much better. An outstanding job

Our rep was a very nice guy but he was using someone else's van and wasn't sure on what he had available and was even concerned about having enough water in his tanks.
We had our tile and grout cleaned in 2 areas. Some of the areas look great! He even found some spray cleaner to get makeup out of the grout in the master bath. But there are areas in the kitchen/dinning that don't look as clean. Why wasn't the same solution attempted on those areas? And it is hard to tell exactly what is right or wrong because you have to wait for the floors to dry. By then, you guys are gone.
The young man did a great job. He explained what he was doing and why, then did what he said he would and was out.
I've been a Zerorez customer for a number of years. I was first introduced to Zerorez by disc jockey Jody Dean who went on and on about how great Zerorez was. In my mind, I said this is just a hyped-up commercial. So with a little hesitation, I relented. Much to my surprise, Jody was right. My carpets had never been so clean with the exception of when I moved into the home. I have no idea what the formula they use is but I do know it works. If there's a stain on your carpets that Zerorez can't remove it can't be done. Zerorez has the best employees anywhere. This time my tech was a young man named Diamond. From the moment he came and introduced himself it was like we'd known each other for years. This dude was professional, courteous, and just down home nice. He explained exactly what he was going to do and kept me apprised of any problems he ran into(which were all taken care of). At the conclusion of the service, I hated to see him leave. This is a little dramatic but I don't have a son if I did I wish he'd be like Diamond. Zerorez you've made a customer for life.
The work and products brought life back to my carpet. I am very pleased with the looks of my carpet and greatly appreciate the job that was done.
The young man that did our service was professional, courteous, and kind. He explained the process and immediately started to work. The young man did an amazing job on our carpet. He wanted us to look over his work and make sure he had covered everything or if he needed to redo a spot. He did an amazing job.

Our master bedroom got 6-7 gallons of biological treatment and still does not seem right. It is better, our service technician was extremely friendly, but we are still not totally satisfied with the results of our master bedroom. Could it be cleaned one more time to get out any remaining treatment, smell, etc???
