Don’t like that you have coupons for $99 and then add all these extra charges to pad the bill to $200

Our technician, Joshua, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were completely satisfied in regards to our carpet cleaning! He was very patient, allowing us to move the beds and various furniture to ensure we got the entire room clean even though we were his last job of the day. He kept a smile on the whole time and was just absolutely so pleasant!
I love that the cleaning products are non-toxic and on top of that our carpets were extra soft (and clean of course) after they dried. We will definitely use zerorez again!

Got charged for a very short Galway thar was my 4th.
The young man was an hour late. Customer service kept calling saying he was 5 minutes away, which was not true. I requested a certain technician and they indicated he would be the one who would clean the carpet, and that was also not true. I will give thought to who I may call the next time I need my carpet cleaned. All technicians are not the same. I've used you on many occasions, big disappointment this time. Please tell the truth, customers are precious.
Tech decided the unit configuration disallowed him from cleaning the air ducts. This house is 16 years old with the original system. You know these houses in this area inside and out. You knew you would decline to clean then wanted an inspection fee? No way!

The technician who came to our home did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet! Very pleased and hope she will be the one who comes the next time.
Stains were not removed like they said they would be. But what makes that all worse is the fact I left a message asking for a manager to contact me. I emailed you with pictures and detailed complaint over a week ago. Nobody has responded to me. So poor quality of work and even worse customer service.
