High quality professional reasonable prices
Tech was very nice and informative. However environmental and gasoline fee “add ons” aren’t professional. In addition, your costs for treatments above standard cleaning are excessive. It’s almost like you get your foot in the door, then start gauging! Hard to recommend to others.

Your quoting and scheduling process on your internet site need to include options for cleaning rugs, not just walk-to-wall room carpets. That cost was unknown until provider arrived to do the work.
Jacob, my service technician arrived as scheduled, was personable, and professional, and suggested, prior to my carpet cleaning, specific recommendations which would enable him to make his carpet cleaning more effective. I would definitely use his services again as the results were remarkable. An excellent representative for your company.

It seems to be the opposite of Zero Rez. Carpet still sticky. Having a hard time vacuuming. And I’ve now vacuumed three times Have never had such a sticky carpet after other carpet cleaners

Terry, our tech was great. Professional, friendly, listened to my issues, and was super helpful. He did a great a job. The carpets look great! The pricing was reasonable and while Terry gave me the options for upgrades and was very knowledgeable I didn't feel pressured to spend more on stuff I didn't need or want.
