Our technician was really great and communicated throughout the whole process. I was amazed at how clean our tile floors were when he was finished! Our tile hides dirt and grime really well and I have had such a hard time finding a way to thoroughly clean them without having to scrub by hand. Now that our kitchen had a deep clean it looks like we have completely different and new floor! I was honestly a little skeptical that they were actually clean and didn't need another wash but after using a white towel and cleaning spray, the towel was white - no more dirt! The difference is noticeable plus the products he used smell really good and fresh. I'm so happy with our clean floors!

The machine is quieter than most, and I like not having soap residue left behind - that crunchy feel in the carpets was not appealing. Very nice gentlemen cleaned my carpets too!

However, you are getting expensive!! $200 for a staircase and two small bedrooms!! May cut back on cleanings or search for cheaper options.
My carpet looks so clean and any stains just disappear! Also, drying time is not too long.
We love the manner in which Zerorez cleans carpets without leaving that 'chemical crunch' on fibers.
