Spectacular service! Our technician was so friendly and explained the invoice so thorougholy so we completely understood our purchase. Then proceeded to do the most in depth, precision cleaning of our carpets and furniture. Would highly recommend!

I have not gotten one of my rugs back yet that was sent off to be cleaned, but the one rug that was cleaned was done very well.

Well what I had done he did a good job I just don't think it was warrant the price I had to pay so the people that know what I used you if they asked about the price it's up to them the service was good this technician came out and he was nice and explained everything and yes I could have canceled but I needed it done but the price I did not like
You don’t use harmful chemicals.
The products used were not overpowering. It left the house smelling fresh. The team member that cleaned the carpet did an awesome job and was patient especially with those deep, caked in spots by the garage door.

I can't say enough about Charles. He did a great job and was thorough. He was so energetic and helpful. My husband had a great time talking sports with him while he was working. We were not satisfied at first, but came out for a second time(at no charge). Much more satisfaction!! Paul did a great job!!! I was impressed that Zerorez was willing to make it right for the customer.
My 25 year old carpets always look brand new after being cleaned. I keep thinking I should replace them, but they still look good, probably because only one person lives here so not as much wear and tear, and Zerorez cleans them on a fairly regular basis. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service I will use.
