I have used zeroz for years. The service cleaning has went down hill the last few years. The carpet was crunchy up stairs in places and did not appear to be cleaned well. Actually was dry within a couple hours. Also carpet did not appear to be cleaned well down stairs.
The stairs leading upstairs didn't appear to be cleaned at all, which makes sense do to watching him spend all of 5 minutes on the stairs. I use to recommend zerorez to my children and others, but they also had some issues. I can no longer recommend this company, due to this problem has happened more than one time. I usually let it go, but have decided to share some of the issues. I can do a better job myself.
I used the 3 rooms for $99.00 + 4th room free coupon. I knew I also wanted the spot remover, since my cats love to throw up on the carpets. I'm not sure how it happened, but my final bill came to $397.28.........that's almost $400.00!!!
I have spoken to one of your reps and she says the bill looks correct. That being said, I will not use Zerozen ever again, nor would I ever recommend to any one. I'm on a fixed income and certainly cannot afford those rates to have the carpets cleaned. Zerozen has cleaned my carpets in the past, but not for this price. So..........bye, bye Zerozen!

The technician was great. He did a good job. If the pricing was more affordable we would have cleaning done more often. We don’t wear shoes in the house but there were still a couple of high traffic areas that were harder to get clean which the tech also told would be the case.

We signed up for the $99 carpet special with an additional tile area free, plus some additional carpeted areas (stairs, hallway). For the tile areas, we requested the kitchen, mudroom and the laundry room. On the day of the service, I called to request an additional 3 carpet rooms for the $99 special. It was granted by the representative. I relayed this info to my husband who was home at the time. We told the tech that we only wanted the kitchen, mudroom, and laundry room cleaned and he told my husband that we nook and kitchen would be counted as one area because the island took up a large area of the kitchen and it wouldn’t be factored into the square footage. He also said that the mudroom and laundry room would be considered 1 room because how small both rooms are. This info was given to my husband on the walk through. My husband was facilitating a conference call at the time the tech needed a signature. My husband trusted that what they talked about during the walk through would reflect the billing. My husband mistakenly signed without looking at the charges. We were charged differently than what was talked about on the walk through. We were charged for 5 tile areas. For some reason we were charged for a bathroom that we never even remotely mentioned to be cleaned. We would like it to be corrected to what was stated during the walk through, which is to 2 tiled areas and one of them free with the special. Please consider that the laundry and mudroom are connected and both areas are 30 square feet or less.
