Best tech ever very knowledgeable will only request him going forward. Heard my concerns, did some test cleaned and was spot on with his suggestions. Explained the powered water and lifter and even had a filter to show the crud that was in my carpets. Money we’ll spend , he should be training, very hands on and personable!100/10, great service Mario!!

The tech was on time and very attentive to the work.
You treated pet stains the 3rd week of Sept and we were pleased. We had a new stain now in the same room but a different location and you cleaned our carpet again. The original spots that were not visible before the current cleaning are now visible. We are very disappointed in this.

Carpets look better and stay clean longer than with any other company I have used. They have always been prompt, polite and thorough.
I thought you all don’t use chemicals. My son’s rug smells like ammonia. I don’t remember having this experience when I used your service in the past. Also, your workers should use shoe covers and wood protectors. I have damage to my baseboards from the hose.

I’m not 100 percent satisfied with the cleaning of my sectional. There are some areas that still look dirty. Those areas are around corners and on pillows. I know those areas are harder to clean, but perhaps more time on those harder areas would be needed.

The rugs come out very clean. I had tile done as well and looks very good. I had 2 recliners cleaned but the areas not completely gone. Overall love the service.

Technician was very nice. I purchased the job because of the advertisement which said 4 rooms for $99. Everything was an add on, such as stain removal, extra solution, etc. I could have rented a cleaner and did myself for less.
