Good Friendly service
The technician who came to our home did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet! Very pleased and hope she will be the one who comes the next time.
Stains were not removed like they said they would be. But what makes that all worse is the fact I left a message asking for a manager to contact me. I emailed you with pictures and detailed complaint over a week ago. Nobody has responded to me. So poor quality of work and even worse customer service.
Always clean and fresh after a cleaning and the staff is professional and helpful.

We have used Zerorez many times because we are pleased with their service and personnel. Javier arrived between the designated hours and called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. We had some challenging pet areas to clean and he was very diligent about working on them until they were effectively cleaned. The carpets always feel and smell clean without any soap residue when they are finished. Another job well done!

Sending one person to do all the heavy lifting was not a good idea. He was wonderful and did a great job, but he should not have been alone. Also, you need to let your receptionist know what travertine is......
The technicians who come out are thorough and do a great job. Love that fewer chemicals and such are used as well.

Very satisfying, my carpet was very clean and it was dry. Compared to the last cleaning company I used , I will be using Zerorez for future cleaning.
Perhaps spot clean before the shampoo. Some of my carpet still had areas that looked soiled.

Tech decided the unit configuration disallowed him from cleaning the air ducts. This house is 16 years old with the original system. You know these houses in this area inside and out. You knew you would decline to clean then wanted an inspection fee? No way!
