That the spotes will not come back
I appreciated how the representative/technician called before any work was done to be sure I knew what was going to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take -- which I think is the best part of the service I received. He also noticed some carpet "clean up" habits that weren't effective, and gave some good tips.
Great service and product
Carpet isn't too wet when completed and looks very clean.
The carpets dry quickly. The techs show up on time and are very professional.
For about the third time in a row after using your service the technician is going to have to come back and do the job again. the only reason we keep coming back is because of the non chemicals in the cleaning process

Our technician was wonderful! He was the most thorough I've ever had in 40+ years of carpet services. The attention to detail was exemplary. I had no idea your company was so advanced or such a cut above the others! I'm glad I heard about it on WRR 101.1. Thanks for helping us be ready for the holidays on such short notice!

The window for service you provided was Noon to 4pm. At 4:15pm...not a peep and we had somewhere to be at 6pm. We were told it'd be 1/2 hour and at 5pm the tech arrived. We had to cancel the couch and love seat cleaning that were badly needed, and only ended up getting two rooms serviced.
