We had a pet treatment done and it was more costly than expected.

I was not home when my carpets were cleaned. There are several areas that still have stains. These areas were recently made and what reminded me that it was time to have you out again.
The rep. was very informative about your service. He was polite and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. We will not go any where else for our future carpet cleaning and I would recommend your service to my family and friends. Also I like that no soap is used, so no build up.

There was a small vanity area size 3'x 4'in one of the rooms to be cleaned. This area was a continuation of the room and not another room.He was not going to clean it when it was obvious it was part of the room. My husband was here while I was at work and when asked if that was to be cleaned, my husband said yes...thinking of course, how could you not?
Afterwards, the service guy charged an extra $50.00 to clean that small area!!! How is that possible when the original price quoted was a total of $99 for the other 3 rooms. I know that was a special but come on, this was ridiculous. Also, the service guy wanted my husband to pay an extra $60 per room for what appeared to be pet stains...when my husband said no, the service guy was very negative and told him they probably wouldnt come out.
I booked Zerorez from a radio ad that touted how good the service was, the integrity and reputation of the business. But after our experience, we feel Zerorez is like all the other carpet cleaning businesses, just out to make that extra $$ however they can.
I wanted these 3 rooms cleaned for the holidays and want to have the rest of the house done after the first of the year. After this experience, I probably will look elsewhere for future service.
I have used Zerorez 3 times. The first cleaning the carpet ended up looking the better than any time before. Even when I cleaned it, doing all of the “extras”. Each time Zerorez cleaned the carpet after that it seemed an improvement over the last time.
Arrive within the time frame and offer some genuine compensation. You were over an hour late.
