I sent an email earlier to customer service about wanting a refund. The guys how did the carpet service was very nice. I'm not happy with my carpet. I paid an extra $60 to get a dog urine stain out of my dining room. My dog urinated on my carpet on Sunday. So I then called Zerorez Monday after hearing the commerical on KLTY. I signed up for 3 rooms for $99 and the guys talked me into an extra $60 to get the stain out. Last night the carpet looked okay but today when I got home from work I see the stain is back. The $180 I spent on carpet cleaning did not work. I want a refund o

Not overly impressed with the results.
Furniture clean price seemed a little expensive but, I knew you guys did good work. Maybe would have done other couch if there was a repeat customer discount or a little less. Service was great.
I really like the fact that once the carpets were dry, they felt clean. The dirtier areas took a little longer to dry but overall they looked fabulous.
I like that the products used are biodegradable and therefore safe for children and pets. Your technicians were great! Very personable and knowledgeable. I will use you again.
The first time I used zerorez, I was totally satisfied. This time the baseboard area was not cleaned and I had to request them to come back to clean a path in the living room area. The tech said that it would not come clean because of the light color of the berber. I felt that when I clean the carpet myself that I can get it cleaner. The tech was nice; however.
If not satisfied you will make sure a customer is. Very knowledgable people.

No use of soap. I like the machine used to bring the carpet fibers back up and pull ground in stuff out.
Our carpet was a terrible mess and I was surprised at how clean they where able to get it! I was very very pleased! Stains that had been there for years are now gone!
I liked the operators, the smell of the house, and the excellence of the job. My carpets were really soiled and somewhat stained. They were beautifully restored.

I thought Darwin did a fantastic job on our old, worn white carpet. I like the fact that all the products were non-toxic.

Best workers in the business, and best results. I will never use any other carpet cleaning company again. The dirt goes, and stays gone, unlike the others, where my carpets look dirty again in a few weeks.
We are formerly highly satisfied customers who have become increasingly irritated by this Dallas franchise's operations and methods.
For example, our most recent (and LAST) appointment was scheduled two weeks ago when we requested a morning appointment and a specific technician. Of course they called to inform us that our appointment was 7PM and we could not request a specific technician.
Now, after the appointment, the carpets look like crap...stains remain...the fibers are stiff and "crispy" to the touch (they crackle when we walk).
I would appreciate a phone call from someone very soon.
