Effective carpet cleaning
The zerorez tech burned out one of the upstairs electrical outlets ,when he plugged something into it and did NOT mention this to me. As a consequence, this burned out outlet also caused the bath room lights and five other outlets to not work. If he had told me at the time it happened, I could have fixed it myself; instead it cost me $145 to have an electrician to come out, tell me what the problem was and fix it. If this technician would have told me what happened, I could have replaced the outlet myself...and saved myself $145. To make matters worse, the zerorez manager was absolutely unprofessional in every way a manager could be! He was not very helpful in any way, told me it was not his problem and refused to try and find a professional solution. If all this wasn't bad enough, we were told the carpet would be dry in 3-4 hours but it did not dry until the next day and had that wet dog smell until then. It appears that after the tech blew out our outlet, he was in a hurry to leave....you can see all the dirt left on the stairs, in the foot-traffic areas, as well as the carpet not appearing to have a cleaned appearance. I would have at least expected them to be left clean. I can't tell you what a difference it would have made if this manager would have been kind, professional and offered to have an electrician come out to find out what the problem was and if was their fault, pay for it and if it was our problem, we pay for it and given a voucher for a free carpet cleaning. Basically , we've spent $500 between the electrician and the carpet cleaning, and still don't have clean carpet!
Your tech locked us out of the property when he completed the job which we have yet to see. A locksmith is being called to gain access, retrieve the lockbox key and secure the property. We will incure an expense for this which we will expect you to reimburse. I also have not received any info on your Fuller's jewerly promo of a $100 gift card. I was the third caller on this promo. the tech was very nice, but he didn' move anything even though they did not weigh 50lbs or less--and it was very obvious that to do a thorough job, they had to be moved. There will be outlines around tables in the middle of rooms. My housekeeper and I would have moved the pieces would have moved them ourselves if he had said he was not able to do so himself.
Quality of cleaning appears to have been effective on my carpet.

I had the worst customer service, the worst carpet cleaning, and the worst follow up. It really is a shame. I had asked you out to do 3 rooms and a hallway for $130. The guy then told my wife when he arrived that he could only do it for $375 - and that as a result it would be "good as new." With people coming over the next day, my wife felt pressured to take the man at his word. It was awful - new spots appeared, brown discoloration, and all the old spots appeared. The customer service I received when I called to question the service was rude. They set up a follow up appointment but the guy never showed - I wasted a whole afternoon waiting. Then, the guy that came out this week knew nothing of why he was coming out again. He hadn't done our floor before, he was clueless as to the problem. He said the first guy should have never said the carpet will be "good as new." I guess the first guy was just pressuring my wife to fork over more money. I find that practice very disturbing. I have asked for a full refund, but no one has contacted me back about that. I will definitely never use your company again. I feel ripped off.

Carpet did not look as good as you advertize nor did it look any better than Stanley carpet cleaning----Stanley at least put buffers under the funiture----you all did not and just swished through the rooms and did not care to take care of the rooms.

There were some areas under the computer near the bed which were missed. Otherwise, they did a great job.

Great job, carpet looks nice and fresh. He got out spray paint, laffy taffy, red wine, yogurt, and who knows what else. Yes, all of those stains were in just the living room. He was quick, efficient, knowledgable, and polite. Thanks a ton!

We especially liked Rick Rankin, the specialist sent to our home. He told me upfront the cost for all the extra services I was requesting, explained what could be done and did a complete and thorough job. I also liked that harsh cehmicals were not used as we have have four animals in the house. And to top it off, I liked that there was no lingering chemical smell during the cleaning or afterwards after the carpets had dried.
you over charged me. I paid for 3 rooms at 89 dollars, and my staircase. Due to the timing The Saturday Morning before Christmas we opted out of 2 rooms, because we couldn't desturb our guess. I told the tech this, and he said it would still be the same price, because Zerorez is expensive, and it would be more $ for just one room and stairs to be cleaned.
So I paid him for a service that wasn't performed. Then I contacted your office to find out I was lied to, and I am indeed due a credit for 2 rooms. You have a minimum charge, but my stairs more then covered that fee. I am waiting for a Manager named Brad to contact me. I spoke with a Bernice Dec.27 in the am, and Brad was off, but she said she would leave a message.
I am open to having you come back and clean the 2 rooms missed, or I'll take a refund. Lets see if you make this right.
All natural, do a thorough job, ability to quote a price after seeing space needed to be cleaned. Personable technicians who can answer questions and make suggestions on how to keep carpet and furniture clean.
