our technician was awesome - the staff at your office not near as good.
After the initial cleaning we found that spots were still there. After the second cleaning they are STILL THERE. I do not think your system is any better than anyone else or even the cleaning systems that you rent from the stores. Your EXTRA spot cost was not successful on my carpets and I feel that your charge for it was unjustified.
The Technician spent a good amount of time on areas that needed attention. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything. He did a great job. Carpet looks very good. I will certainly consider using your company in the future!
The Carpet cleaning was able to remove the old stains that other services were unable to remove without the house smelling like chemicals. Time will tell if the stains will come back or not like they did with the previous company I used, but they have not yet. it also removed all the soap the previous compettitor machine left behind.

Your personnel are uniformed, the service truck is plainly labeled and your ebill is well done. The kindness of your employees, the thoroughness both in explaining the procedures and following through. And whatever you use in cleaning the carpets, man-oh-man, it sure works!!! I've already recommended Zerorex to several friends, 1 of whom already uses Zerorez and we've both determined that we'll never use any other carpet cleaning company! (And I've tried just about all of them - big name companies and also individual, 1 or 2 man companies!
The operator was very concerned with making things right. He went over and over any area that he thought was not a good as it could be. I have never had anyone else do that.

I like the fact that you do not use soaps or cleaners, just hot water. Carpets come out clean. Associates are very professional and friendly and knowledgeable on carpet cleaning.
The service technician was polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Only thing I didn't like was an unexpected $50 charge because living room was over sized. That should have been discussed with me on phone when appointment was set up.
Technicians are efficient and thorough
How clean the carpets are after the cleaning. The tile and linoleom look new after the cleaning. The 2 technicians who did our cleaning were very professional and worked good together. The next time we have carpets cleaned we would like the same technicians.

I was very pleased with my service. The service person who came to my house was having a bad day: vehicle breakdowns, traffic, sent to the wrong city, but came in and did a great job, even when it much later in the day. He was very helpful, did a thorough job on cleaning, and treating of stains and pet accidents.
