How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The next day when I inspected the carpet in the sunlight, I noticed quite a few spots. I grabbed the carpet cleaner I have and scrubbed a few of them and the towel I used came up REALLY dirty. I got a few of the spots up before I got tired. There are still a some left that need to be addressed.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpets were cleaned well and we ended up happy with that. However, there were spots on the tile that were not cleaned and the grout around a couple of tiles was broken up, resulting in our now needing to re-grout those tiles. The technician was hamstrung due to our power going out while he was working - leaving him unable to see without a flashlight - but the fact remains that the work on the tile was not acceptable.

Our technician was very helpful and did a great job. It was the weekend before Christmas late on a Friday. He was not trying to rush through his work at all. Very professional

I was disappointed to see several spots that remained after the carpet dried.(These were not the stains that the technician pointed out to me and that I was aware of.) There were several in the office and one on the area rug.

the fact that you don't use any chemicals. I'm highly sensitive, so I don't like having any "residues" left behind in my house. Also, everyone I have been in contact with has always been very pleasant to deal with.

Your service personnel were very helpful, knowledgeable and conscientious about doing very good work. Our family and friends thought that we had installed new carpet.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It was very disappointing to be pressured into spending double the amount of money than quoted on the phone. We were not capable of spending that amount and were made to feel like we were putting our family in danger if we didn't spend over $500 to fix our issue. When we called to get the carpets cleaned, we expected the stains and odors to be part of that proces. I felt like we were nickle and dimed. We want a service that states a bid and does all the work necessary for that bid price. We will not call again to get a pressured up-sell and we will be commenting on our talk radio show that does extensive ads for your company that the customer should expect to be pressured to pay double the amount stated.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Our service technician was very nice and professional. He did a great job of cleaning the grout in our tile floor. However, after the sealant dried the floor was very blotchy with areas that dried with a powder white finish. I had a party the next night so I spent hours cleaning by hand the powder white areas. It seemed as though something did not work correctly in the drying process.

The technician was friendly and knowledgable and did a good job on the carpets. But while cleaning the couches the floors and rugs got very wet and he did not dry them off before leaving.

The price for carpets was reasonable but couches were pretty expensive, even with the discount. Overall pretty good experience though.
