The cleaning was scheduled to be done between 4 and 5. Although I do appreciate the willingness of the operator to get the job done, it was past 10 at night when he was done. Fortuneately the house was empty, nevertheless, it would have been a major imposition had someone been living there.
No harsh chemicals and pet friendly. They technician took time to explain everything and made sure I had no questions before leaving.
For the results we got the price was not worth it. A bit of bait and switch: first tech said $60 per room up charge would take care of dog accident issues. Rug did not get clean in spots (first tech said dark spots would fade) and second tech told me that I needed to get an additional dog stain treatment if I wanted to fix my #1 problem area. It was $75/gallon and I needed 3 gallons apparently.
I told him just to reclean the three problem areas and then we'd call the problem solved.
Glad that I didn't upgrade because the dog accident spot seems fine now. I'll use the $225 towards hardwood. I had already spent almost $500. So spending the additional money didn't make sense to me, especially when there was no guarantee.
Tech 2 mentioned that tech 1 should have told me my options. He didn't.
For visit 2, I received an email telling me how to prep for the cleaning. Didn't get that for the first visit. Strange.
I am happy enough with the furniture cleaning, but that's not enough to recommend your service or use it again.
All services exceeded my expectations. Jefferson was very professional and did an excellent jib.
No detergents, no really bad smell that lingers after cleaning. Chris was great! He explained everything he was doing and all the charges, etc. He recommended other services as well. Our carpet hasn't looked this great in a very long time! Who'd ever know we have 6 kids living here!?
Carpet looks great and just seems so much more sanitary. Prompt and timely service.
My appointment was 11 to 1. The tech didn't get there until 6 pm. When he did get there He did a great job.
The Technician seemed to really know what he was talking about yet wasn't pushy at all. He did a great job.

I am downgrading 2 points because we scheduled to have Jerod come out. When he was not available, at the last minute, someone should have called and asked if we wanted to keep our appointment or have someone else come out. When Chris came out and was pre-spraying the tile the back and forth sweeping motion was over-spraying onto my wife's books and bookshelf. His response was, "it's okay, it's just orange oil and we'll wipe it off with a rag." I know orange oil will etch plastic. We felt that Jerod was very thorough when cleaning our carpets and this crew was rushed and did not spend enough time. Although the tiles are much cleaner in most places, there are areas where the grout and tiles are not thoroughly clean. The sealing process now has sealed this dirt in. We still had puddles of sealant in some areas after 2 hours. Also there were spots on the carpet near the tile that were not there before the carpets were cleaned and were not there after Jerod cleaned. It looks like dirty water spots. In fairness, perhaps this job was thrust upon them as extra work since Jerod was not available, and they felt they had to hurry the job to get to everyone on the schedule.

For the amount of money we paid there should not be any spots left on our carpet and there are. The pet smell that we were assured would be gone is also still there. There is improvement there but I am very disappointed in the outcome and would be very hesitant to use your company again or recommend you for anything other than a simple cleaning.
The serviceman who came out was sooooo professional and cordial. Awesome! My carpet has never looked cleaner!
Make sure the charge is similar to previous visits charged to the customer.
Seems to be much more effective than your competitors.
Josh and Brad finally got the pet smell out of our room. For some reason it took three times to get it out. I appreciate all the re-do's that were done to finally solve the problem. Thanks so much!

Justin, the young man who came out to clean my area rug, called to let me know when he would be at my house, and arrived on time. He was pleasant, courteous and did a great job. My area rugs look fantastic, and have no more pet odor.
courteous technicians did professional job. Happy with results. Carpet is cleaner, softer and stains came out easier than I anticipated. Would be interested in trying your services for upholstry cleaning.
when the grout in my kitchen/dining room was cleaned, the serviceman sprayed some type of orange smelling stuff on the floor which is how it is done. when spraying , the spray went all over my laminiate flooring in the living room and hallway. when i asked if it would affect the flooring, i was told "no". after he left, i tried to wipe off the floor first with just a rag and then using "bruce" which is what i normally clean my laminate flooring with. it did nothing and now the floor looks worse. this flooring is 12 months old and I waited a long time for it. I called zero-rez this morning. I just talked to the person who answered the phone and they are going to call me back tomorrow to see what day they can come out. I felt i should have talked to a supervisor immediately and they should have had some one out today or tomorrow.

No chemical smell at all since none were used. Just a nice clean smell. Carpet looks clean and I am very pleased with the results. Stains were removed around dining table.

High traffic area did not come clean. Although not promised, it at least came clean for a period of time doing it myself with a rental. In addition, the carpet remained wet for 36 hours, including 24 with two box fans and one oscillating fan running constantly. Although the weather did have a factor in a slower drying process, the carpet was extremely wet, again, worse than when doing it myself with a rental. Maybe that just the Zerorez way.
My technician was working by himself - you were short handed that day. Also, when I called for a quote for cleaning 3 rooms and was offered air duct cleaning, the quote I was given was not the same when the tech got there. That was disappointing. But he would not have been able to clean the ducts anyway since he was working alone. To improve, when sending confirmation to the appointment, also include what the services are for the appointment- (I would have seen there was confusion about what I requested.) Also, make sure when the technicians arrive, there are enough to complete the job. Darwin was very professional and did a good job.

The guy that came to our house was extremely professional. He did a clean test and found that we needed to replace the carpet, not just clean it. He didn't charge me a dime. I will use you with all on properties from now on.
I told the guy when I originally called you that I needed first thing in the morning. When you called with my reservation time, it was 5P - 7P. Luckily when I returned your call the woman I spoke with was able to change it to 8:30 - 10:30. Unfortunately the guy did not get there until 11:30. I almost cancelled at that point because I had plans for the afternoon that I had to cancel, but I really wanted this done and was offered one room free, so I went ahead and had him clean. He was very nice and very professional. But when he gave us the final bill instead of 4 rooms, with one free, he said it would be 5 rooms with one free. He counted our bathroom and closet as 2 rooms. When you came and cleaned our carpets before that was counted as one room because the bathroom only has about 30 square feet of carpet and the closet is only slightly bigger. Together they have around 100 square feet. At that point, I just paid. I do think you do a great job, but I don't think you are the only ones that can do a good job, so I will probably try to find someone else next time.
