You consistently disappoint by trying to sell other service upon your initial visits. The first time I ever used this service, I was so very impressed and spread the word. The last two visits have been incredibly disappointing!!! I find if you can't sell other services, you do not clean carpets well.

Carpets did not remain very wet and it was thoroughly cleaned.

The pet urine stain did not come out but I believe my service tech Chris tried everything he could.

joseph was very professional and explained what he was going to do,the only complaint i would have is what gripes me about most companies is that they do more than what i asked for to raise the price up. my original estimate was $87. final bill was $218 for 1 room and part of another.had a couch cleaned for "free" as a thank you for having them in my house.Had to use stronger chemicals to clean pet urine, did that cost $131?

Did a wonderful job cleaning my bedroom carpet after my Dog's accident, but you are outrageously expensive, so I would not recommend you to anyone due to your pricing. I had to pay &225 for this one small area. That's too much!

Workers did a thorough job and we were pleased with the results.

You took a filthy carpet and when you were finished it was like brand new carpet. The carpet was soft and smelled clean. We are so completely happy with all you did.

Commercial raves about the faster drying time! I didn't experience that. Tech left tool at home. Said he would be back "In a minute"
but took him one hour to return. Carpet does look good, commercial by Jody dean just goes on and on about the dry time though.

The technicians are friendly, efficient, and knowledgable about their product. You don't use chemicals in the cleaning process. Zerorez made my 15 year old carpets look almost new! I have referred several friends to you, and I hope they have called you.

I loved the service...and know you have a superior product. My largest concern is the cost. We are on a retirement budget...and your costs are more than we usually pay. I know your service is different...time will tell if we can go longer between service calls. We did enjoy meeting Jason. He did a great job...and was pleasant to work with.

The fact that you don't use soap on the carpet. Carpet always comes out looking great.

When the tech pointed out the pet stains, he said "we can take care of that" but made no mention of additional cost. The $180 I was charged for this treatment was not authorized. To make it right you should refund this charge.

Well, the regular carpet cleaning is GREAT!
The upholstery cleaning is very good.
HOWEVER, the area rug cleaning was HORRIBLE!!! You lost my rugs, then didn't actually clean all of them via the process you sold to me. Two of the rugs were never cleaned. The other two had some kind of cleaning done to them, however they were delivered to me via an open bed pick up truck. There wasn't anything protecting the rugs, so when I received them they had dirt and grass all over them. My husband took photos because he really couldn't believe it. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I spend $928.00 on area rug cleaning ONLY... then several hundred dollars for my carpets and sofas. The person running the DFW franchise doesn't want to take responsibility for this mess. I feel we should receive 70% of our money back because two of the rugs were never cleaned, and the other two rugs looked like they had been cleaned in some way however they were delivered to us dirty. I can't tell you what self control it has taken not to post these photos on you tube.
The saddest part is I really, really love the carpet cleaning. I just don't understand why a company would spend so much money on advertising and not want to take care of their customers. You know, ethics and integrity can be learned, however the person running this franchise doesn't get it. He is more about avoidance. Very sad...

I paid extra for stain removal and the stains in my carpet returned within 2 hours. The technician also left watery spots all over my wood floors where his cleaner hoses were touching the floor.
