My carpet looked clean and smelled good and the servicemen( Mike and Ernest) were courteous and very efficient.

I have used Zerorez twice within the past three years and my carpets tend to stay cleaner for an extended period of time. I have tried other companies, but the results are never the same. Very satisfied with this product.
Carpets are the cleanest they have been since new. I am dissapointed that we were quoted a price of 169 and then got charged 260 because of one area of pet urine, and then heard a special being advertised for $89 for 3 rooms
It took a lot longer for my rugs to dry than anticipated. I was told 4-6 hours and I could not put anything back until the next day. When I went to bed at 10:30 p.m. the rugs were still damp. The service man was most accommodating and eager to please.

He went to quickly for me. I would of gone slower to get more up off the carpet.
the technician was very helpful, but I was disappointed that zerorez does not have some sort of crevice tool to really get close to the edge of the carpet and wall.

I liked that your product does not use chemicals. Your employee was very professional, explained what he was doing and worked very hard to get my carpets clean.
You ruinned my carpet! You left rust stains throughout the house and a stain under a small carpet when left to dry that!

The carpet cleaning is the best clean and value a homeowner can buy. We have use you guys on multiple property that we manage and found your service techs to be on time, curtious, and very friendly. We like getting the call befor they show up.
I have had y'all out before and you always did a great job but this time it was lousy. The man spent all of 5 minutes in the bedroom and the carpet in all rooms was so wet that it took 2 days to dry. Besides that I could hardly understand what he was saying. Not happy at all!
