Others companies we have used in the past moved the furniture for us, moved it back, and vacuumed. I also felt the price was higher than we usually pay. I had heard your advertising on KRLD & wanted to give you a try. The technician worked hard and the rugs look good, but can't tell a huge difference to justify the additional cost and work on our end.

My usual company vacuums the carpets first and rakes them after the cleaning.

Your commercial makes a statement that the person's carpet looked like it was brand new after treatment. That is hardly the case with mine. There are some areas that did not come clean, even with repeated attempts by the tech. I was told it was wear in that area and there was nothing further to remedy the situation. I have a berber carpet that is about 8 years old. You need to consider revising your commercials if you can't live up to what they say.

My carpet was pretty bad in the traffic area. I think my expectation was a little high. I told the service guy that I didn't think it would come all the way clean and I think he did not spend a lot of time. He was in and out in 45 minutes.

Wow..is all I can say. We had not cleaned our carpet in over 10 years but all of the high traffic areas were cleaned and our carpet looks totally new.

Joshua worked very hard while he was at our home cleaning carpet and ceramic tile. Unfortunately, a couple areas of carpet and floor tile are not completely clean. Does Zerorez' commitment to 100 percent customer satisfaction include a willingness to come back to re-do these areas?
