Ernest Young cleaned our home carpet and before he started the steam cleaning, he used equipment to bring out dirt that was embedded into our carpet. He did such a good job. This proces seemed to make the carpet even cleaner. We have used you for years. 2 weeks later we had our rental home carpet cleaned in Dallas. I requested Ernest but did not get him. I had told my husband about the extra process that Ernest had done and how much gunk he got our of our carpet and we expected the same in Dallas. The tech that did the cleaning in Dallas told my husband there would be an extra charge for that. We will always request Ernest because he seemed to really care. The tech that did our Dallas rental home overcharged us also. We are getting a check back from you because he did not give us the 40 % discount for the extra love seat we had cleaned while he was there.

Tell your customers that the carpet will not be dry for at least eight hours, be honest up front.

Your tech charged me $60.00 extra for extra dirty master closets, but failed to get out two spots. When another tech was called back, he
was able to remove the spots for an extra $60.00.

Lower rates on cleaning of extra furniture

I like that you do not use any harsh chemicals that might be harmful to my family or pets. There were no strong chemical smells afterwards. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and pleasant to work with.

Everything from the people who answer the phones to the techs that come out to clean the carpets! And she carpets do get clean and stay that way!

The first time someone came out they did not do a good job. When George & heather came out this time, they did a great job.

The service was very quick. The technician was very polite and willing to explain different treatments. We're so glad to have our carpets clean again!

Our experience was not great. The associate (Oscar I believe) struggled with his equipment, took 4 1/2 hours, left a sloppy wet floor and hustled through the tile cleaning in a few minutes at the end, missing many areas and leaving the tile and grout spotty and still dirty in places. The tile is still a bit sticky. Also, Oscar neglected to take his shoes off and tracked muddy water back onto the 'clean' tile floor after being offered a mat to wipe his feet. I had to keep reminding him to complete tasks and the front door was open for the entire time while it rained and was cold outside.
I would hope that the Service Manager might contact me and send another, more experienced technician out to re-do the tiled areas and ensure that the carpet is residue free. I really do hate to complain, but this was an experience of absolute sloppiness that took all night to dry. I did take photos that I can share.

I plan on paying 79.00 what special was but ended up paying double because he said pet stain ..I thought whole point is you get whole this.g clean..kind of feel s scammed..

Only the center of each room was done. Several rockers or small items were not moved or even slid to get the whole floor. The main traffic pattern was cleaned and it is much better, but if I rearrange furniture it will not be clean in all areas. We moved small items near the walls and that area was not even wet.
We had one tile area done and the sealer did not dry evenly. It was sprayed but not spread. It has a water stain look from a close look.
If I try Zerorez again, I will watch the whole process and make sure that they do it all. I could have moved any of these small items from side to side so that all areas would have been done easily.

I was in the flooring industry for 35 years. I have had my carpets cleaned by many companies. The thing that impressed me the most was the brush machine that he used and it pulled pet hair out of my carpet that my vacume did not. The guy did his job! He tried upselling me on everything he did. Yes, he got me on the spray!! He did a great job.

Everything. The last tech that came out was very professional and knowledgable. He really did a great job on the spots that came back!!

I think your communication and maybe customer service could improve. The actual cleaning was good but I was over charged and I still haven't been able to get the certificate from Fullers. so.....
