What do you like about our products and services?

It seems to really clean the floors and they stay cleaner longer than any other cleaning service. Very reasonable priced with lots of great specials to take advantage of. Service men were very friendly, helpful in recommendations and very professional.

What do you like about our products and services?

My tech was very nice. He showed me all our trouble spots. My final cost did end up being more than was quoted on the phone at time of booking but we are still satified with the work. I went back and did a smell test on some areas that we knew our dog had peed and I still could detect a urine smell so I was a little disappointed in that but it would not stop me from using Zerorez again. Thank you for a job well done.

What do you like about our products and services?

After the floor cleaning we were so AMAZED at how your tech (which I remembered his name) was able to get out all of the dog stains. I was shocked at how fantastic the rugs look and amazed how he was able to get the yellow stains out. When he told me it was $548 I was a little on the shocked side since I wasn't getting the WHOLE house cleaned. But after I saw the results, $548 was worth every single penny!

What could we do to improve?

When you schedule a window for the technician's visit, please follow it. I was scheduled from 4-6:30 so I went to work and the technician showed up several hours earlier!!! Very aggravating!! When you say you will call 30 minutes beforehand to let us know you're coming, call 30 minutes beforehand, not 15! Thanks. My carpet looks good.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Only one tech was sent out to do six rooms, stairs, and landing. Needless to say the area that needed the most attention was not cleaned to my satisfaction because the tech appeared to be very tired. The Tech put up the equipment and then asked me how the rooms looked. The carpet was wetter than I remembered in previous cleanings. Additionally, I had a coupon that the tech did not accept. The coupon was better than then the amount on my receipt. At one time, I praised Zerorez for getting the carpet clean, this cleaning was just mediocre. Also, it takes too long to get to customer service if you have problems.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician should wear some type of covering on his shoes to prevent him from tracking dirt and other objects into the house. I spent an entire day before my appointment making certain that my home was in pristine condition. I had not only mopped my tile and marble floors, but I also steamed them. The hose that was used was dirty and therefore caused the previously cleaned floors in the entry way, hall, and a portion of the living area to become streaked and in need of a complete cleaning. I was also told that the floors would be dry in just a few hours. NOT TRUE! The carpet was so wet that I had to run ceiling fans and floor fans for two days before the carpeted dried. Since I had moved all of the small furniture and chairs out of the rooms and put them in other areas of the house, my husband and I spent two days walking around this furniture.
The carpets do appear to be cleaner although they seem to be a little stiffer than before, hopefully vacuuming a few more times will take care of this problem.
If you would like to make things right, I would appreciate a partial refund.
Thank you. The technician was polite and explained the procedures, but I think the items that I listed above need to be addressed as well to help make this process a more pleasing experience.

The service by your technicians was excellent. They explained everything as they did the job. The final outcome on our rugs was amazing. A red wine spill that had been there for a couple of years is now gone. The rug even feels new when you walk on it. The air duct cleaning was done with minimal interference and very little dust. Thank them for us. Also, please ensure that you have my correct email address. On you Service Summary & Invoice it was listed as Email address removed The v in verizon was left off. Your technician got it correct on his billing.

What do you like about our products and services?

Professionalism of employees. Randy Phillips and Jared Neeley were prompt, explained all services that would do the best job, and were very cordial and courteous. The service itself left the carpets in far better condition than I expected, and will delay the need to purchase new carpeting for at least several more years. Thank you!!

I liked how quickly the technician got to work and how he gave a couple of really bad stains the extra attention needed to get rid of them. He was efficient and did an excellant job. Our carpets look great.

your advertise and work is different.... when you send me second person, they ask me how long took first person to clean house... I said half hour.. they laugh.... I am not satisfied your service and I paid 226 for nothing... Second guys clean the stair ---looks like new carpet.... rest of the house, No changed at all

The young men that assisted us, Joseph and his friend were kind, courteous, humble, and dedicated 100% to their job and to doing quality work. They did an over-the-top absolutely amazing job on not only our carpeta but our furniture as well!! I am very very pleased with the job they did! It was not only a pleasure to have met these two gentlemen, it was a blessing!

We would/will recommend Zerorez to everyone we know. Thank you very much again for everything.

What could we do to improve?

When I checked closely, I found a patch of sticky stuff in carpet that had been vacuumed twice and did not have a visible problem prior to the cleaning. I had to pick out some pieces and then use carpet cleaner to fix an area that had been free of foot traffic as it dried overnight. I was suprised and disappointed to have to do that - not sure what happened.
