The company is very well respected and Justin King was very helpful and kind when he did the cleaning.

Not all the spots came out. Additional charges besides what the radio add touched on.

I did not get a call in advance to let me know what time the crew would be there on my appointment day. I called to find out--was told between 8:30 and 10:30 but I was the first appointment. On the appointment day, no one had showed up or had called by 9:15 so I called and was told it could be as late as 11 am! At 11 am, no one had showed up so I called again. Was told there was a problem and it would be another hour. I was very dissatisfied with this response and said so. A few minutes later a young man named Anthony called and said he was coming right over but it would take about 30 minutes to get there. He did show up and did a very nice job. Despite the problems on the front end--the carpet turned out nicely and Anthony did a great job.

The service was GREAT. The gentleman who came out did a great job and had a great attitude the whole time!!

If I had had the results the first time that I got the second time, I would have given a 9, based on current condition of carpet.

Carpet gets clean and stays clean. I'm still waiting for my gift certificate from Fuller's Jewelry Store as promised.

Carpet stains don't magically reappear after they dry! Everything smells fresher and carpet looks brighter.

The technician was clean and friendly. He explained the product well. He was not pushy. Your services are reasonably priced with the KLUV special. I liked knowing about the air filter due to lung problems and allergies in the family.

Great service and product. Your associate came in an expained everything that was going to occur and then talked me thru the process. In the end our carpets looked awesome. We have used a few other services in the past but I think we found the new benchmark.

Ricky was so pleasant to talk too and had great customer service. He went above and beyond when discussing what Zerorez offers. (Ducts, carpet cleaning and washing title). He even took the time to "try" cleaning my title to see if it would even work. He was passionate about the company.

Be on time for a service window. 11-1:30 and then show up at 3? Unacceptable. Complete waste of a day off.

The process used to clean the carpets. First day back, they llok great.

1. I felt the overall price was high.
2. We had pet urine problems, and we paid for pet stain removal. After the first cleaning, there was still odor in the bedroom. Terry came back out and cleaned the area again, but the odor is still there.

You quoted me a price of $89 for 2 small unfurnished bedrooms but when the tech arrived he said that in order to get clean carpets I would have to pay $60 more for conditioner. I paid the $60 but the heavily trafficked area did not get clean. I will not use you again.

Easy to schedule, and the carpet cleaning was done quickly!

The fact that you don't use chemicals. That's important to us because we have a crawling infant.

First, I appreciated our technician Valton. Very personable and professional. Good energy level. Did an excellent job.

Second, my carpet and rugs came out looking great. We will definitely have you back.

Carpets look great. The person who cleaned my carpets was great.

Several things:
*When I scheduled the appointment I told them that my husband & I would not be there that they could discuss everything with my sister-in-law. The girl on the phone said that would be fine. When the guy got there he said they can't do that & had to talk to me. We were at a conference and had to walk out just to tell him to talk to her and he said ok.
*We were offered a special of $89 for 3 rooms. When he got there he said there were stains and it wojld be $240 to clean them. I wouldn't need them cleaned if they didn't have stains. If that is with the discount I can't imagine what your full price would be!!
*I requested to get my furniture cleaned. Was told I couldn't get an estimate until the tech got there because it's done by the foot and by certain materials. I've had my furniture cleaned many times by other large named companies. They have a set price and I can find that out online without even speaking to anyone. There was no measuring. Then he quoted almost $500 to clean a couch, love seat, & chair. You have got to be kidding me!!!!!! I paid the last company $150 for the same thing!!

Your prices are absolutely ridiculous! Someone needs to do some comparison pricing and ajust your companies prices. I tried Zerorez because of the referral from KLTY and have a friend that used to work for you all. But never thought I would be told that it was going to coadt me about $640 to have my small living room, 2 short hallways & furniture cleaned!!! Stanley did it all for less than $300. We'll go back to them.

It was just really expensive. I think our guy did an excellent job, but geez it was over $400.00. That's a lot of money for carpet cleaning

I feel the company is focused more on upselling than carpet cleaning. I expected that given the low intro rate, but it was still a bit annoying.
