Very happy with the outcome. Your service tech was very professional and described everything he was doing.
We ordered just carpet cleaning. When the tech arrived, he offered a tile and grout cleaning service for an extra $100. The carpet service was fine, the tile and grout service was bad. There were small pools of water that when dried, left a residue; they sprayed some of there treatment water/chemicals on our refrigerator; and all the tile had streak marks when it dried. My wife had to basically go back and redo everything.
They seem to work.
your company was able to remove stains that the other companies had failed to. Although Zerorez is a little pricey, it saved me from having to buy new carpet.
move small pieces of furniture and clean under so color of carpet is the same. I requested a few things be movwe, a chair and coffee table for example.

effective cleaning
The carpet cleaning was very good but the upholdstery cleaning caused some shredding damage to the material in two areas on one of my wingback chairs. Also, there were several detail areas on both chairs that did not appear to have been cleaned. Your service technician was prompt, cordial and worked quickly but I cannot give a positive reccommendation on your upholstery cleaning, especially because of your high rate ($90/chair) and the resulting damage that occurred. I am very disappointed with the upholstery cleaning.
Product not as you advertise. Technician was mainly interested in selling more product. I have already sent an email stating my dissatisfaction.
The technician was very professional and courteous. Work was completed in a timely manner.

The inspection when the technician was finished looked as if all the stains came up. Without anyone walking on the carpets, the stains remained once the carpet dried.
You have your own crews, they are helpful and friendly and do a very good job cleaning the carpets.
Excellent Customer Service
Neat, clean, good job. However there are 2 small spots in the bathroom that are still there.

We have used Zerorez before so we were a little disappointed with the service this time. The representative went around with a blacklight to show stains in the carpet. He indicated a lot were due to pet stains and the pet treatment would "eliminate" them. We told him that there were only three areas that needed to be treated, but he insisted that the entire carpet had to be treated because it was a "process". The final bill was almost $700 which was ten times the original estimate. Imagine our chagrin when the "process" was splashing solution on various areas of the carpet and allowing it to soak. We feel that we were mislead. He could have easily spot treated the areas we wanted and when he was done he indicated that the spots would still show up under the blacklight. We do not see how this "eliminates" the stain and odor. In fact, we had to have them return to re-treat the original three areas we were concerned about because the smell was not removed. He used 7 gallons of his solution at $75/gallon. He could have easily used only one gallon to treat the area. If you truly want to make things right, we should be refunded the charge for the additional 6 gallons of solution ($450). We feel that your employees promise to "eliminate" the spots and smell was certainly not entirely truthful. The spots still remain and the additional solution added to the other areas were not needed. We would appreciate a response from your company on how you will remedy the situation, if you expect us to be return customers or recommend your company.
I will give the credit to Keith Loatman, who did an amazing job of recleaning the bedroom and bathroom carpet. All of the dark areas disappeared, and he cleaned areas that had been left untouched. Keith did a very thorough job and the carpets looked great when he was done. He had a wonderful, calm attitude, and he did not make things seem impossible to accomplish. I will request(only)Keith for my next carpet cleaning. He is an asset to your company.
Too many re-dos due to being in a hurry to get to the next job. Not enough time was allowed for all that had to be done, even though this was discussed prior to appointment; hence the need to come back to complete the job as it should have been done the first time around.

got out stains that I thought would not come out. I also thimk the carpet is alot softer than other claening place leave it. I thought it was great!

The way the products cleaned the carpet. We had a spot in one of our rooms were my son had spilled chocolate milk 7 or 8 years ago and could not get it out. I had the carpets cleaned by other companys numerous times and it would always reappear.When your cleaner told me he could get it out i said, they all say that and it comes back. I was wrong this time it has completely disappered. I will always us your company and will spread the word on how a goood job you do.
