The floors are much cleaner and stain free after zerorez comes than other carpet cleaners.

I thought they did an excellant job and was very knowledgable. My carpets looked beautiful when they finished. I had an especially bad, dirty spot that they worked on and they they got it clean. I'm happy.

I have contacted Home Depot about the stain warranty on my carpet to hopefully get it patched under the warranty. I am still waiting to hear back about the previous Fullers Jewelry certificates which I did not get to redeem since the message online said they were already redeemed.
