Gentleman came alone this time to do floors and pulled the hoses around and scuffed the corners of my walls. Walked to much on wood floors (since no one could help him get hoses) and so I had to clean my wood floors when he left.

Seemed like a canned speech from tech that he needed to give us every 15 minutes. Would rather for him to have given his suggestions at the end of the visit.

Not sure. Service was fine, but the smell after was not good. We have two big dogs, so I'm sure that was the culprit - it seemed to make the dog smell worse not better. Also, I initially called because I was attracted to the promotion that included 4 tickets to the Sesame Street show and I did not get those tickets, so I feel like that was a scam.

Carpet in family room is still not clean. It looked clean when tech finished and tech said any dark area would clear up as carpet dried. Same in the living room. For the amount I paid, I expected better results.

Sectional cleaning seems to have worked better but it is a dark color to begin with.

I thought Jared was very professional and explained what he would be doing in great detail. I also liked the smell of the carpet after the cleaning and the fact that it dried within 24 hours. I was most pleased that your product lifted almost every stain out of our old carpet.

My frieze carpets were very soft again just as when they were new. The technician was efficient and polite and didn't try to over sell additional services.

One room had three stains on the carpet. The next day the stains are still there. I am going to call today and see if they can come back out to remove the stains. It doesn' look like they did anything extra to remove the stains.

there were still stains on some areas of the carpets that i was able to remove with my own cleaner ; stairs still looked dirty on the edges ; your commercials make it sound like you can get carpets really clean but unfortunately i didn't find that to be the case, even though my carpets didn't have a lot of stains, they were just in need of a good cleaning.
