You do exactly what you say you're going to do, and friendly.

Carpet was treated but stain was still in place the next day after the carpet dried.

I was not disappointed, necessarily. Your servicemen were on time and did just what I asked. The process was different from what I expected, though, and the beginning cleaning of "scratching" the carpets concerned me. Also, the carpets were still wet at bedtime.

Agent was professional and completed work as specified in neat and timely fashion

I aleady spoke with the Supervisor on the telephone about my experience. The technicians threw their lunch trash (large cup and box) out their truck window onto my driveway in two locations! This pig-like behavior cancelled out anything good they did in my home. I would be hard-pressed to recommend them based on this!

I really like Randy Jones and ___(I wrote the other young mans name down but I am not at home). They were really helpful and personable and did a great job!

Our technician was awesome!!! He stayed late on a Saturday night to make sure all the pet hair was out of our carpets! (And there was a lot!)

My carpet is old and worn by 2 Labradors and 3 children, but Zerorez got it much cleaner than I ever thought possible. Mike did a great job and even cleaned the grout in my bathroom and it looks like new. Thanks for a great job.

I had my carpet and stairs cleaned-was not happy with the stains that stayed/reappeared, including lines allegedly from the A/C. For $5 per stair, and over 30 stairs, I expect them to be clean. The spots that were cleaned the 2d time came right back.

The person that came was friendly and respectable. He explained everything in detail. My floors are GREAT. No more stains.
