I was very pleased with Zerorez. The technicians Tim and Will served me with professionalism and I could tell they believed in the company they work for..they did a great job and my carpets were clean and looked great! I love Zerorez technology without using chemicals and soaps but with Empowered water. Would highly recommend them to my friends.

The tech tried up selling us then kept telling us that the basic $79.99 cleaning would not clean sufficiently.
The product dries very quickly and smells fresh.
The results and your technician, Jefferson, was awesome! He was very customer friendly and willing to please which is VERY rare these days.
I was surprised that more attention was not paid to the high traffic areas (still look slightly greyish and dirty on a taupe colored carpet) and there are a few small stains (one in front of the fire place, one in a corner) that should have come out easily. I was surprised at the quote on cleaning the tile/grout - at $300 for a mediume sized kitchen. In all, it was a great value to have the carpets cleaned with no chemicals to worry about. We will likely call zero rez in the future.
My main reason for scheduling this week was a coffee spill -- when the carpet finally dried, the stains were truly made worse - spread over a much larger area of the carpet, and only vaguely diminished. The outcome is that the stains are much more noticeable now than they were before Justin cleaned. Very disappointing.
The service was done quickly and the results were amazing. Your employees were friendly, well mannered and certainly knew what they were doing. I've already recommended your service to my daughter who will be getting in touch with you shortly. One question though, I thought I was supposed to get a Fuller's Jewelry certificate and I didn't. That's certainly not necessary and if you're not doing that any more that's okay. I will most assuredly recommend your company to all of my friends. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and such wonderful results.
The guy who came out wasn't able to explain what chemicals were in the pet treatment, so we didn't consider it. We have a very young child who plays on the carpet.
The person who I scheduled service with forgot to tell me about the $8 fuel surcharge fee. After the charged was billed to me, I called a customer service mgr who listed to the call and verified I was correct. I got the $8 back, but it took 20 minutes of my time I shouldn't have had to spend.
There was still a lot of dog hair on the carpet after it dried.
When I scheduled the date, I was told I'd get a call back between 2-4 p.m. on a given date for my window period on the date of service. No one called me by about 4:30 p.m., so I called them.
I did like the guy who came out and did the service. Very friendly.
I've used your services several times. Tim really did a good job.
Time notification of arrival. None was received and I had to call and didn't know time till morning of service date.

1st of all the tech was very polite and nice,but we felt that maybe because it was late @ 4:00 pm Friday that the tech was in a hurry for the weekend ,because he was in /out in 30 minutes or less.Next the carpet didn't dry for over 5 hours with fans running and ac system on.We smelled a mildew smell for about a week afterwards a smell we had never had We finally sprayed fa breeze all over the carpet to kill the smell.Neither we nor the tech felt the carpet needed cleaning but we cleaned it for warranty issues.Now we wish we had left it alone.Also the tech left so quick we didn't even talk about the %40 discount on possibly air duct cleaning or other services.Also the procedure didn't' go as described on your webpage, the tech didn't rake the carpet first..whether it makes any difference or not I dont know but it was explained on the web page that way so I assumed it was supposed to be done that way.Thanks,First name removed

First experience with zeroez was incredible. Second time around not so good.
The guy who came out, was obviously very tired from his workday and could care less about giving me an accurate quote. He didn't even look at all the rooms that needed to be cleaned to see how big they were. He said that it would be between $1500-$1700 to clean the house. We have just over 1000 sq. ft. to be cleaned. Other companies have priced us out SIGNIFICANTLY less and told us that they could fix the problem. The guy who came out said that cleaning it would only make the problem worse and make our pet urine stains would smell like fresh urine stains. He actually said that we should NOT use Zerorez services. (he did say that he rarely recommends this) From your videos on online and what I have read on your website our carpet problems should not be this big of an issue. The guy didn't give me a written quote just a verbal one. When I talked to him about cleaning the grout I mentioned that a friend of mine said that when she got her grout cleaned that it was worthless. He said he could give me a demonstration and I said okay, when he returned from the truck he said that he "left the demo stuff at the previous house"..right I believe that. He was clearly tired and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.

The initial crew did a poor job, but "Z" came the next day and put things to right. I am now satisfied with the results. However, the original crew will not be invited back to my home.

We had a call back due to other circumstances, pricing was too high and we did not feel like you really cared about us as a customer after spending $350 on our last visit and recommending you to our neighbors.
The staff was extremely friendly and made a lot of helpful suggestions regarding the cleaning. They were very thorough, and did a beautiful job.
The results were excellent and I appreciated that it was cleaned without chemicals. Whatever spray he used on the tuff spots really worked well. Ricky was nice and friendly and listened to my concerns then he removed all of the spots.
We will use you again.

Your 3 room special was a great bargain, however the additional service after the tech was already here and I paid a trip charge, seemed way overpriced.
On his radio show, Jodi Dean brags about the fact that you could take all sorts of stains, including wax from carpet. The first thing that the technician who came to clean our carpet said to us was that he probably would not be able to remove the wax stain. He worked very hard on it and was able to get most of it out but only after we told him that we were not raving fans. By the way, we had removed most of the wax and stain the week before. There was a small residue left on the carpet and there still is. Something else that was misleading was that you advertized a $79 special for three rooms if we used Jodi's name, which we did. We knew that there were probably going to be some extras added, we were not born yesterday but $300.00 is ridiculous. We did not get an itemized invoice so we do not know if we got the 40% discount advertized and we definitely did not get the $100 jewelry store gift certificate. All in all we don't plan to use you again or recommend you.
Anthony did a fantastic job! My carpet actually looks better than the first time I had Zerorez out so kudos on acquiring Anthony. I will probably request him next time. He told me exactly what to expect, when the carpet would be dry, and that my receipt would come by email. The only thing that did not happen is I did not receive the website to get my Fuller's gift card. Is there some kind of delay with that?
There is no residue left in carpet. Carpets look brand new after cleaning!
