Great Service. Mike Mitchell, the technician was wonderful to work with. Very pleased with the carpets and tile. Still amazed at how good my entry tile looks. It is like a new floor. My carpets couldn't look better.

We had new carpet installed about 6-8 years ago and have kept it very clean with a high end vacuums,this was the 1st time we have had the carpet cleaned. I was very pleased how well the Zerorez process worked on the high traffic areas. since I like the fact that you do not use soaps in the carpet
I own my own company (selling & servicing high end vacuums) & its good to see the level of customer service your rep displayed, he was informative and very quick. The Carpet looks brand new.

I have laminate flooring and it would have been nice to put down placit to prevent the water and foot prints from getting onto the laminate Just a suggestion
There are areas of the carpet that appear to need touch up, and areas in shower where grout still shows soap residue.
No soap, etc. Service people are professional.....

They had to come out twice to clean one spot; otherwise, they were very efficient and did a great job on both occassions.
I've used Zerorez for tough spot removal and they've done an amazing job. The technician was efficient and knowledgeable. Zerorez is my first call.
Add the $8 for gas to the quoted price. It isn't a huge amount but wasn't a good first-impression. The men who did my carpet did a good job--but they came in with me already having one bad feeling about the company. Why not just say $88 instead of $79.95 & then telling me by email I'm going to owe another $8?
Techs cleaned around a portable playpen in our playroom, which could easily have been moved, it is on wheels. Also failed to move a lightweight ottoman and simply cleaned around it. The main tech was odd and made me feel a bit uncomfortable. He shared way too much personal information and spent way too much time talking.
I like that they are enviornmentally safe and leave no residue. Our Tech "Z" was wonderful. He was professional. He was knowledgeble and took great pride in what he was doing.
Your service did exactly what it said it would do. It got our carpets clean and in like new condition without harsh chemicals or dyes.

We had 3 bedrooms cleaned and treated. The technician was polite, well-groomed and knowledgeable. The bedrooms are off a hall that is all hardwood floors. I asked if I needed to cover the floors and was told if water got on them he would wipe it up--and he did.
However, foot prints were left on our hardwood floors. May I suggest that hardwood floors be covered by your firm or tell the homeowner to do so. Also those hospital shoe covers would be a suggestion.
The staff were very friendly and my carpets almost look like new again! My carpets are almost 9 years old, we have 3 kids, and most family events are held at our house so to have the carpet looking almost new is amazing!
Fans to dry carpet sooner. It took too long for the carpet to dry.
stains are coming back up. at first it looked clean, but not anymore..i could have clean just as well and at lot less expensive.
Nothing at this time. I've only had the carpet clean for 3 days. Let me live with the results for awhile so I can give you a better informed opionon. The young man who cleaned my carpet was great. The carpet looks almost new. I'm really happy. Thank you.
I feel that my carpet is very clean now without any residue. There is no shampoo odor either. The technician was very conscientious.

I liked that it didn't leave residue in my carpet and that it's a more "natural" method of cleaning. Also, my tech was very friendly.

DRYING TIME IS SHORT AND CARPETS LOOK VERY CLEAN
