The service was first class. Randy did an excellent job and explained everything to me. He was able to remove spots other cleaning service have not been able to remove.

You do not use soap which can attrack dirt later.

The man who cleaned our carpet was very polite and respectful. The carpets really seemed clean when he finished.

The dispatch department made two significant mistakes. If the original work order had included that I wanted my carpet stretched as well as cleaned, a second appointment wouldn't have been necessary. The original team that showed up came without stretching tools, and I had to reschedule.

I like there are not chemicals and your service staff was excellent.

The service was great. The guys that came out were clean and friendly and even gave me tips on dog potty training. The sofa, chair, rugs and carpet all look wonderful. Zerorez is very expensive and not something I could afford to do on a regular basis. Don't know if you could make price adjustments or not.

I think the fee for area rugs is tooooooo high. Otherwise I am completely satisfied. So I would tell my friends, you do a good job, but not to let you do their area rugs.

The appointment was scheduled very soon after the initial contact. The technicians were very professional and polite and explained everything they were doing and how the process work. The carpets look great!

My home smelled fresh, not like chemicals. My carpet is very thick and it still seemed to dry faster. Our technician, Josh Rodgers was very personable and knowledgeable.

Concern: The carpet was left with a very stiff feel.

Not all the dark spots or stains were taken up. THe main grease stain was, however the carpet is really hard to vacuum now in that spot.

The service was actually better than what I had heard.....and I heard great things. The service technicians were prompt, honest about what services I really needed, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I am impressed and will definitely recommend Zerorez

I called at 5:30 pm to check on technician arrival. Was told tech had called me at 2pm and I requested reschedule to the next week. I work from home and no one called me at 2pm or anytime from Zerorez. Credit to your phone person as she found another tech to come arriving about 6:30 pm. Justin was the tech who came. His customer service was top notch trying to overcome our first impression of being lied to.

The technician ruined my adjacent floor that they were not sent to clean. A manager came that day to check on the damage, promised to call me back and said they would fix the problem if it didn't cost too much. No contact since yesterday, no idea if they are sending out someone to fix it or if I had to get someone to fix it or a lawyer. I have to make an effort tomorrow to call and check up on what is going to happen. I will never recommend them again and I am going on Angie's LIst, Service Magic Yelp and BBB to report them. A $400 tile cleaning has turned into a major hassel and expensive repair for me.

Joseph was knowledgable, hard working and attentive to our needs. We like the use of green products very much. The results were excellent- several stains previous carpet cleaning companies could not remove were cleared up. The tile looks clean and the grout like new- not bad for a 10 year old house. Thank you for a job well done!
