The technicians showed up on time, cleaned our carpets and sofa well, and were professional throughout the process. The only reason I did not rate the experience a 10 is that it was costly. $300 for 2.5 man hours worth of work is a bit much, in my opinion.

What do you like about our products and services?

They seem to work, at least so far, and are environmentally safe.

One negative - closed rooms have a residual musty smell (like old wet gym socks) afterwards - had to spray the bedroom with air freshener afterwards. Other than that, They did a great job!

The tech that i asked or was not the who came. Spots they could not get out, the other would have. These techs did not use shoe covers. They were very nice and friendly

Bait and switch upselling. Take advantage of the fact that I wasn't there and quadruple the price. I will mention that every chance I get.

What do you like about our products and services?

The service people are very professional. The product makes the carpet look brand new.
My first experience with zero rez was having a carpet that was over eight years cleaned and it looked brand new afterwards. Since then I have replaced that carpet and would not trust my new carpet to anyone but zero rez!!!!!

The stains came out of my carpet, there were no chemicals used and no odor. They took their time cleaning my carpet and made sure it was clean when they were done. I am very impressed with zerorez. I will call them again when I need my carpet clean.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I called to get pricing information and scheduling availability. I explained that I had a stairway, hall and gameroom to be cleaned and that we had pet odor/stain issues Tasha explained your 3 room specialof $79 would apply to the gameroom and hallway, but the stairs would be additional - probably about $75, but she would offer me a 40% discount on the stair charge - and the pet treatment cost $60 per area, but if I signed up for your email I would have a coupon for 50% off of one ares, I signed up and she said that she would relay that discount to your technicians). What she did not relay is that a stairway is considered 2 areas and that the $60 pet treatment fee did not truly remove pet odors/stains. Your technicians arrived and immediately started explaining how we needed your "deep pet treatment" at the tune of $75 per gallon (each gallon might cover 25 - 50 square feet) My carpet cleaning bill would have soared to about $1000. I declined your heavy handed suggestions - the technicians said they did the "deep treatment" on one landing compimentary (it took a gallon for that small space) to show us the difference. We have not noticed a difference between that space and the rest. After I made it clear that I did not appreciate their "scare" tactics, they were very professional and did the work that was requested. However, we did not receive the 40% off of the stairway charge of $75 nor did we receive the 50% off of one of the areas (we paid for 2 areas to have the stairway pet treatment of $60 per area). If your $60 pet treatment, why do you even offer it? You are no better than every other carpet cleaner that walks in the door and tries to force higher charges for anything that your technicians dream up. If your initial cleaning - and highly publicized process - does not actually do the cleaning that you profess, it would appear that your are falsely advertising your services. Also, the people that talk to potential customers should do a much better job of preparing the customer for the true costs of your services.

What could we do to improve?

I listened to the zerorez ads on radio for quite awhile and this is the second time we have used your services. The first time about 6 mos ago, we had carpet, tile/grout cleaned. I was impressed with the softness of the carpet post-cleaning, but could not see a difference in the tile or grout cleanliness (the tile is about 20 yrs old). We've observed our carpet enough now to think that the hype in your ads (will stay cleaner) is overestimated. However, we decided to use zerorez again because we like the resulting carpet softness and it looks clean. To improve, I would scale down the promises in your ads. Your present $29 per room ad sounds so good, but when applying for 4 rooms ($120) plus protection, your $8 trans. fee, and tax we paid almost $200 so it is not so great a bargain afterall. Our regular carpet cleaner would cost a little over half.

The main reason for calling was because I dog urine in one room. The treatment
did not remove the odor. I had to research online how to get the smell out myself, which is working. I want my
money back for the pet treatment.

HaVEN'T SEEN THE WORK YET, BUT I'M LOOKING AT A $691.05 INVOICE THAT STARTED AT $79 FOR 3 ROOMS. I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A 40% DISCOUND ON ANY EXTRA ITEMS (-$72 FOR A NON-GUARANTEED PET TREATMENT??? -$8 FOR CLOSE CARPET, HOW'S THAT NOT INCL IN THE BEDROOM COST? -$140 FOR CARPET STRETCHING. I FEEL I HAVE A $220 CREDIT COMING AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A $100 JEWELRY CERTIFICATE WHICH I WOULD TRADE FOR ANOTHER 100 OFF. WHICH WOULD STILL PUT MY BILL AT $371.05, OVER $100/ROOM.

The servicemen were friendly and helpful with questions. The carpets took a long time to dry and the heavy traffic areas still look the same. The carpet is relatively new.

I expected better results.
