How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When the carpets had been cleaned, I asked how long it would be before we could walk on the carpets. He said in about 3 hours. I wear white socks around the house when I walked on the carpets they were all wet and my socks were wet and brown from walking on them. So I did not walk on them again until about 7 hours later when we went to bed and the same happened. the socks got wet and turned brown. Also the path we use when we come into the house looks much worse now than after the years it had been before your cleaning them. We were told that we would receive aq $100 dollar jewelry gift. What do you think you can do to make it right. I am not mad but disappointed. May love and light guide your way and have a great day. First name removed

What could we do to improve?

I was promised a phone call a day or two before my cleaning to let me know when the tech would be there. I did not receive a call.

The tech that came out to clean the carpet needed to call the office for assistance with a piece of equipment. He did not know the telephone number for the office or have a phone. Did he just start with the company that morning? Make sure the techs have the proper training and equipment.

What do you like about our products and services?

the crew was on time, they were neatly dressed, they were friendly, they explained what was possible and what was not based upon the condition of the carpet. the results were better than I expected. We will call you when we need the carpets cleaned next time.

Our carpet wasn't great between a dog and a kid but now, it looks like it's brand new!! I keep just staring at it amazed. Great job!

The zerorez rep was very helpful in explaining all of the services. Our carpet was dryer after the cleaning than in the past when we used another company. Our carpet and sofa look new again. I have already recommended your company to my sister-in-law.

Very nice employees. Polite and very knowledgable about carpet care. Our carpets look soooo nice now. We plan to keep them another 2 or 3 years.

Price is high when you charge extra for high traffic areas. Isn't that the main reason people get their carpet cleaned.

I feel you guys gave me the bait and switch routine... You started at $99.00 and ended up at $249.00. Service was good but your quotation for tile cleaning was way too high!

Told HimFirst, my window Of Service Was To Be Between 4-6 Pm. I Got A Call At 2:50, Telling Me He Was 20 Minutes Away. I Told Him I Had To Get My Son To His Piano Practice At 4. He Claimed I Was Next And Couldn't Be Shuffled Into The Actual Time Period I Was Assigned. So When He Got Here At 3:05, And I Showed Him The Blood In My Daughters Room That Was My Biggest Concern. He Rushed Through The Service. While He Was Working On A Bedroom down Stairs, I Went To Inspect My Daughters Room. There Were Still Blood Drops That Had Visibly Not Been Worked Over. I Mentioned Him That Him, And He Said He Did Open The Drops Up. I Had Him Go Over Them Again. But They Are Still There And I Felt, Had He Not Come Early, And Due To My Commitment, Had To Rush Through And Not Do A Proper Job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First off I called on Thursday morning 2/28/13 at 7:00 am after hearing Mike Rogers on KRLD praise how good you all were. I talked with an agent and told her about hearing the special on KRLD that Mike Rogers had and that I would like to schedule an appt to have someone come to my house to give me an estimate. She then asked if I could hold on and then came back on and said she would transfer me. I was then on hold for another 5 min. and then another agent came on stating that they were currently experiencing telephone issues and they would have someone call me back within 5 - 10 min. I provided them with my contact information and I never received a call back at all! I then made it to work and was frustrated so I went on-line to your website and filled out the submittal form for an estimate describing the issue I had and asked for someone to call me back to schedule an appt and never received a call back from anyone that day. Then on Friday 3/1/13 around 2:30 pm surprisingly I received a call from an agent to schedule an appt. I told her about my frustration and she stated she would take care of it. I then received 2 other phone calls over the weekend from agents wanting to schedule an appt and I told them I had one already scheduled. Apparently the first agent did not enter my appt into the system or something. My scheduled appt for an estimate was on Monday 3/4 between 4:00 - 6:00 pm. I took off work early to be home during those hours. No one showed between those hours and I did not even receive a phone call. I then called your office and was told that the technician was running behind and that he would be there within 30 min. Again a courtesy call would have been nice! The technician then showed up and looked at the areas and gave me an estimate of $255.00 w/tax I then asked him for a print out and he stated that you all did not do that so he wrote down the following. 4 rooms @ 99.00, fuel charge 8.00, 1 extra room 50.00 and 15 stairs. When I added these up I came up with $172.00. After that technician left I received another call from another technician stating he was on the way to give me an estimate. I told him that someone had already came but had questions on the estimate. He stated he was a supervisor and stated he could answer my question. I told him about the estimate and he then stated that I must have 15 stairs and the tech was charging $5.00 a stair to clean so $75.00. I told him the tech did not tell me this and he stated there was nothing he could do. All in all this was a terrible experience. I was even referred to you all by my Realtor Nancy White with Remax and have followed up with her as well telling her about my experience. Just wanted to let you know that I would not recommend your company to anyone with the terrible customer service I was given.
