What do you like about our products and services?

The pet spots almost disappeared--I'm probably the only person who can see where they were. It did not take as long as I thought it would (I had 3 rooms and a 4x5 rug done). The technican was very nice and explained the process. I was a little put-off by the attempt to sell other services such as cleaning the tile floors and countertops, but I guess it is good to know should I need them.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I paid for protectant to be reapplied after my less than 1 year old carpets were cleaned. Shortly after the cleaning, my dog hurt his foot and bled on the carpet. The blood sank all the way to the pad. either your sealant is not good or it was not properly applied. When Dalworth sealed my old carpet, situations like this saw the blood pool up on the top surface. I am concerned that all I have done at this point is spend a bunch of money to have the fibers in my carpet relaxed to the point of everything sinking to the pad.

Agents called and arrived early. They moved my furniture and thoroughly cleaned my carpets because I am recovering from surgery and could not moved anything myself. Very courteous and professional agents.

What could we do to improve?

In asking for a price on air ducts, I did not realize that there would be additional charges for "intakes." I thought that the whole system would be included in the price.

Also, I think the prices for carpet cleaning and duct cleaning were highter than competitors. We opted for Zerorez due to endorsements by radio personalities.

Great job deep cleaning carpets, getting rid of smells and some previous stains. Saved part of our carpet!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpets and tile look great, but the chemicals that were used on the kitchen tile splattered on our stainless steel refrigerator and has discolored the surface of the bottom of the fridge. There is a big stain on the bottom of the fridge that won't come off and we need you to replace the bottom pullout drawer of the refrigerator unless you can find some way to remove the stain. I don't honk this is going to be possible as the splatter seems to have worked into the metal and ruined it. I have left a message on the main number answering machine, but as it is Sunday have not heard back. Please respond as soon as possible to help remedy this situation. The Technician was here when he said he would, reviewed our home and told us what the cost would be to do the areas we wanted cleaned, and got right to it and took about the time that he estimated it would take. BUT the most impressive thing was the way the ZEROREZ system cleaned our carpets without the residue left in. Our 5 year old carpet has been cleaned two other times by highly recommended companies, but afterwards it was always felt "crunchy" and stiff. After the ZEROREZ cleaning it was again soft and seemed to be "fluffed-up", looking like it was when first installed. We are more than pleased with the job your company did.

Your technicians who clean and the cleaning job. Definitely NOT your people who take reservations. They lie and deflect -- each person you speak to on the phone trying to get a reservation made. You have no customer service on the phone.

I requested the shower to be cleaned and according to the website that includes the glass being cleaned and sealed, however, the glass on the shower had not been either cleaned or sealed and the shower still needed some cleaning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am a Realtor and have recommended Zerorez for quite some time. I scheduled for a client this last time, was very specific over the phone for the quote, and when they came out the bid was $150 more than what the quote was when I called. The tech said they had not included the stairs, which the phone person said they did-15 of them so there were more which I added when I quoted my client. They said a room was missing because the master was oversized, which I told the phone person and they didn't have the hallway which I told the phone person. Then they came out extremely late, we had to reschedule-they didn't call giving 30 min notice the second time. When they cleaned, the spots came back immediately. We had them back out and had to reschedule to get the time right which I asked for specifically. We will not be recommending again.

Our carpets cleaned up very nicely, you could see immediately the difference. I was worried about stains coming back and it's been over a week and they still look great!
