If it is on the work, I would be very likely to recommend.
If it is on the scheduling, I would not recommend. I think a three hour window and then not making it, is not good. I was sitting in an empty house from 8am to 1pm, before the tech showed up. I booked the job about 2 weeks out and made it clear that I needed a morning appointment. Showing up at 1pm is not a morning appointment! I was called about 8:30am and told there was trouble with the truck and it would be closer to 11am when the tech would arrive. I was willing to live with that. When no one had called or shown up by Noon, I called. Then I was told that the job before mine was taking longer than expected. I specifically made it clear I needed a morning appointment then a job was put in front of me. I am not sure if there was ever a "truck" problem or not. I definitely feel like I got the run around from the sceduling area. The tech who showed up was very apologetic and did a great job.
Everything you advertise was true. First time user. Most impressed by the tech that came to our house.
No soap suds everywhere. I like the water only clean. Very knowledgeable serviceman.
Very dissapointed in results. I could have done a better job with my own steam carpet cleaner and saved myself $200 dollars
Jefferson was very professional and did a walk through both before and after to check out carpet. He was a very hard worker and made our carpet look great. He took great pride in his work and it shows!
Because our carpet was newer I did not feel like the technician took the time to get into some of the corners. He also did not move some of the small furniture. He just went around it. I also did not like that he smelled of cigarette smoke. There is nothing worse than getting your house cleaned only to have it smell worse than it did to start out with. Sorry but not happy this time around.
My service call was scheduled for between 11-1:30 however, the service tech showed up at 8:40am. Its a good thing I was already ready for him! other than that, JB was very helpful, friendly, and thorough. I will be using your company again in the future.
My carpet stays clean longer than any other company that I have used before. I like knowing that nothing toxic is used to clean my carpet.
Bedroom was left with, what I would call, water stains from cleaning wand. Several noticable marks.

I love the fact that the products you use are 'green' or as green as possible. The tech that came out, Tom Moody, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all our questions and explained the process. His service was over the top. I will highly recommend Zerorez as well as Mr. Moody.
We are not thrilled with the outcome of the sealer on the tile. It dried splotchy and hazy. Looks like it should be buffed. Please advise regarding this.

The carpet is so clean and it almost looks new again. The technician did a wonderful job. He was very nice and gave a lot of information on the process.
We were told we needed to pay $120 for pet treatment or sign a waiver saying we know it won't be cleaned. He said if we didn't do the treatment it would still smell and stain. After the treatment, it still left a stain and still smells. Also it seems a little expensive. I went in with the 3 rms for $89 and our bill came to $322. We did do the stairs at 30% off which we had added up front but the quote up front came to just about $150. Just seemed price was high for what we had done. Our dining room carpet area and out little guest room is very small. Also, we moved all of the furniture. This was our first time getting carpets cleaned from anyone. Now other friends say other places move all furniture and actually get pet stains out and smell free the first time. Name removed

Scheduling and prompt arrival.
I called for cleaning 3 bedrooms in one of my vacant rent houses. The quote was 89.00, when I got the bill there was an added charge of $8.00, called a fuel charge. That was tacked on without being disclosed when the job was ordered. I don't think that is right, if you want $97 for the job just say that up front. I had a cheaper quote to do the job already, but wanted to give Zerorez a try, even though your quote of $89 was already higher. Then when the job was started, I got a call from the technician telling me that the master bedroom closet would be charged as an additional room. This is not right either, the house was a simple job of a 10'x 10', a 10' x 11' and a 11' x 13.75' master. These are tiny rooms and it is crazy to think you want to hit me with an added room charge to do the 5'x 7" MB closet. You did not make a good first impression. I own 8 houses that I rent out and I was hoping I could find a good carpet cleaner that would give good service at a reasonable price.
The products work well and don’t leave a bad smell. The customer service was excellent. I appreciated that the service was on time and the knowledge of the technicians that they shared with me. In addition, they were very courteous and professional. I am saving now to have my air ducts cleaned and purchase the suggested filters.
