Flat rate on stairs. Make stain removal a part of cleaning packages.

Tom was great and thorough. I dont know if I have ever seen a carpet cleaner do such a thorough job and he explained everything so well. The first/last person you sent out to see me at my other house on Meadowview 76016 I did not end up using your services and just sent him on his way.

I love that your products don't contain a bunch of chemicals because we use green products in our household and we have two dogs that are always licking the floors. Also, our service provider (I believe Justin King)did a fantastic job. He really did go above and beyond and took the time to not only clean our carpets thorouly but explain the process and let us know exactly what to do in the future! We plan on calling after the holiday to get a bid for our restaurant. But only if Justin is our technician.
How the product works; set appointment-same day service. Service tech was prompt; professional; completed the job with minimal interference to the homeowner.
I booked the cleaning of a completly empty house. It was discussed on the phone that I need to have it cleaned and deodrized because a small dog had lived there for 6 months, and that the carpet was new and 6 months old. I completely vacumed the entire house before his arrival. Upon arrival the tech started questioning me as to what sealant the carpet had. I explained it was the new stainproof nylon and should clean w water. I called the carpet company for him to check and told him what I was told. When I reiterated that I was to have cleaning and deodorizing I was told deodorizing was extra and was given a new quote.I declined the $50 a room upcharge, and explained that I expected a deodorant to be included in the cleaning solution that was sprayed. I was not willing to spend $360 to have a 6 month old carpet that looked like new ( no distictive spots anywhere)cleaned in an entirely empty house. I find that your claim of zero rez is just a marketing gimic and you do the exact same thing as any other company who steam cleans carpets. I see nothing propiatary about your process or money savings in your pricing. The tech was nice and everyting came out clean. I have no reason to rate you any higher than anyone else. I own several rental properties and have the carpets cleaned every 6 months. It was an opportunity to have a new customer - as I explained to your tech. Sorry it did not work out. I am not overwhelmed.
Quick service
Very little water used so carpet dries faster and appears cleaner than using the standard carpet shampooer.

I ended up paying $400 to Zerorez due to the fact that the first technician did not perform the services I asked for and gave me wrong information regarding cost which was completely different from what the person told me who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. I had to have someone come out a second time on 12-27. The second technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, however he charged me for services that should have been performed on the original visit but were not. He told me you guys have had trouble with the original technician. It is not my fault that the original technician is incapable of performing his job properly and therefore the only way I would ever use your company again or recommend them is if I can speak to someone and get a partial refund. I would have NEVER spent $400 and this would not have happened if I had received the correct information from the original technician. I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and am extremely dissatisfied by the level of service I received from your company. You are able to clean my teenage son's carpets.....that's a great company!
I like how clean my carpets looked and how soft they were to walk on after they dried. Also, Tom, your tech was amazing. He was very imformative and when he was getting ready to leave my dog had an accident in the house and he came back in and used the spot cleaner on the area he had already cleaned and it came right up. He said that your company sells the spot remover but he didn't have any on the truck. I would be interested in purchasing the spot cleaner. Will use your company again!
Appointment was kept at specified time. End product looks good. We will observe over the next couple of months to see the results.

The 3 rooms for $99 sounds really good. Add a few other items that are probably less area than the 1st 3 rooms and you can spend nearly 4 times that amount. Seems like $200 would be more reasonable considering the 1st 3 rooms were only $99? Name removed Phone number removed

Our carpet was admittedly beyond hope, but upon telling the man that we had realistic expectations, I felt he relaxed a little too much and didn't do all he could have with the carpet, there were spots he missed and spots he just assumed would not come up, so the effort was lacking. I even asked him to go over one of said spots one more time, there was a drastic difference from his original attempt, which tells me there was much room for improvement.
