Wonderful results. Anthony did an OUTSTANDING job. He explained what he was doing, worked very hard and was very polite and friendly. I had planned on replacing the carpet, but now won't have to for a whild longer. I would recommend your company and especially your representative.

Courteous technician left things clean. However your advertised gift certificate is a joke because it expired in October & I just got it I. December. Not good business & I consider that deceptive at best and fraudulent at worst. That part gets a zero from me & I will warn others about any gift certificates you advertise.

Excellent stvice
My carpets were "trashed" .... I really didn't think they had any hope...I cannot believe they now look brand new!! SERIOUSLY!! I am absolutely thrilled!!
You had to come back because an area was missed. 2wweks after the orginsl cleaning, spots started to appear thatvwere not there before. Altjought the 2 nd time out, the guy recleaned the spots. Now I'm justvwaiting to see if they will reappear. Also, it took 3 days for the carpets to dry. I had to use a stand alone fan to speed the process up

Ho clean the carpets are, they look as good as when we built the home, really we are that happy!
your advertised price was $99 for 3 rooms without any restriction or mention of room size. By the time the entire service was complete I paid over $300. Really? I had another company come in to stretch my carpet and he has given me a written estimate of $125.00 to pre treat, steam clean and mechanically dry the carpet. There is NO extra charge for FUEL, (by the way fuel has gone down) NO extra charge for pre treating for pets and NO mention that without pre treating my house would smell like a "wet dog". I am done with you.....
