Very professional, polite,and very informative about product and additional services.
No chemicals and friendly service!
Your sales people are uninformed. They don't care to correct errors so that neither the customer nor the technician have problems. As a customer, you are told that y'all will come whenever you want and send whomever you want and I have to be OK with that. Less than two days time for an appointment time is ridiculous.
Cleaned the carpet well. Friendly and efficient. Looks great!
Be on time and more efficient/speedy. It was a two day process when it should have taken 2-3 hours total of my time. Schedules got messed up. However- our technician was very friendly and courteous, and he provided excellent quality of service!! I will recommend.
Not disappointed, just it took longer to dry the carpet than told/thought. It did take over night to dry even with the windows open all day. Also, felt too much upselling was being done and an 'affordable' carpet cleaning turned in to a big expense not budgeted for.
I have already recommended you to my neighbor.
Customer service representatives were extremely nice and helpful. The "team" that came to my house were professional, friendly and presented the products very well. They were considerate of my financial situation and discussed a resolution that was within my budget.
The two workmen were extremely polite, professional, informative, and honest. The only reason I did not give a 10 is because I feel the prices are too high. I went ahead and used this company however, because the service was excellent.
The tech was very helpful and gave a great explanation of the services and did an excellent job!
One area of improvement could be giving a more specific "window" time to customers. Also calling ahead if they will not be able to come on time or within the window.
I have been trying over and over to get a written estimate but you people DO NOT respond to anything, not even when I speak with someone. YOU MUST NOT BE INTERESTED IN GETTING THE PROJECT !!!
Our service man was very professional. He did an excellent job and the carpets looked
wonderful. After the holidays, we plan to have him back to do all the other rooms in the house. Thank you!

It was expensive. I expected to pay a certain price and then once he arrived it was explained I had to pay alot more to get my carpets cleaned properly.
The carpet cleaning was on time, efficient, and green. We're very happy with the results.

The cleaning was done quickly and well. The men were nice and answered all our questions. Best of all was that there was no harsh chemical smells on our carpets or in our home!!!

I liked it my only disappointment was I recieved no offers they announce about a fuller gift card if you mention Jody Deen I did then they offer 89.00 cleaning very upset .
My quote over the phone was three rooms for $99. My bill was for $136. The tech said my master bedroom was oversize since the bed was not there?? He said it counted as two rooms. Then he charged me $20 for my bedroom closet?? You should have charged what you quoted..
The gentleman who came to the house was wonderful. He did a great job and was extra careful of our new paint job. The phone and office staff was another matter. We booked well in advance and requested morning, the person taking our appointment said we were the only ones on the books and morning would not be a problem. We received the confirm call and were told we would be in the late afternoon and there was no request made. We confirmed 5 times with the person taking the appointment the the request for morning was there. Terrible service except from the person who actually did the work for us. I would rather do business with a company who honors their commitments and owns up to there mistakes rather then telling the customer to bad we don't care. Until I asked for a supervisor I was told nothing could be done...but having worked in the customer service industry for nearly 30 years this is an excuse made by someone who thinks they have a little power, well sorry my money and those that I tell really have the control. Retraining would be in order!
